Our garage spring broke Sunday with the car inside. After contacting them on the phone, they assigned Paul Brinkman who arrived within the promised window after giving us a 30m courtesy call to let us know he was on his way. Paul was extremely professional, took some time to assess the situation, offered multiple quotes and explained the benefits of each option. After agreeing on the scope of work, he completed the job diligently but with care, paying attention to details and taking care of my property. I imagine it might be pricer than other contractors but, end-to-end, working with Paul and Precision was a great experience. I will call them again when the other garage door gives up.

I’ve used Precision multiple times now and they never disappoint. Always knowledgeable, always reliable and great to work with. This time we got Paul Brinkman, and man, he knows his stuff. He came, made sure to do a thorough evaluation of the garage door and system, and then gave pragmatic recommendations based on what he saw. It was not cheap, but at no time did we feel like we were getting upsold or price gouged. He walked us through the options, gave logical and straightforward explanations for what he recommended, and made sure we fully understood what he was saying (explained the machinery terms and what everything did and why the different parts were important [or not as critical]). He worked diligently for hours, and even stayed late to get it all done. Then when he was done, he walked me through how the new system worked, issues I might encounter and how to address them, and paused multiple times to see if I had any questions. Just a really great experience (as always). Thank you Paul!

Our garage door broke in the evening, and we called Precision Garage Door around 7 p.m. Paul Brinkman arrived in less than 30 minutes and quickly identified the issue. He replaced the broken spring and had everything working perfectly within an hour. Paul was professional, efficient, and very friendly. Excellent service — highly recommend!

I have used precision a few times over 25 years. Today's service from Paul B was great as usual. He was on time, actually a little early. My garage door wouldn't close, probably with safety sensor. Paul determined the problem in 5 minutes fixed it, and tuned up my door. Now closes and is as quiet as the day it was installed. Highly recommend!

Paul Brinkman who installed a new drive is thorough and very professional as well as being very pleasant to work with. I didn't get quotes from other companies so I don't know if their price was comparable or more/less expensive. I wanted to get the job done and Paul was able to take care of it right away so I went with it. The model of drive I got is a lot more than I need but I'm glad it's done.
