Paul and his helper showed up made an assessment looked at all of our equipment made suggestions of parts that need to be replaced. He explained why I accepted the proposal and they went to work. The garage door works amazing the quietest it’s ever been and most secure it’s ever been it broke On Saturday night and was repaired by Sunday Afternoon. They did a great job and they even got a bonus. My wife was making chocolate chip cookies at the time and gave them both a healthy helping. Thank you very much and I would recommend their service to anybody and everybody happy Sunday back into my garage.

We had an unexpected situation where our garage door stopped working on a Thursday, leaving us unable to get our car out and creating an emergency. We contacted Precision Garage Door Service that night around 9:00 PM and were able to schedule an appointment for Saturday at a convenient time when we would be home. Our technician, Param, arrived as scheduled and did an excellent job fixing our garage door. He provided clear options, explained the work, and made sure everything was operating properly before leaving. Although the service was on the pricey side, it was very dependable, and we’re glad we were able to get the issue resolved quickly. If it wasn’t so pricey, I would provided five stars, and again I am pleased with the service provided.

Paul Brinkman and his associate Sokie are amazing! My garage door could not closed as it is a 29 years old door and fixtures. Paul recommended and gave me 3 choices of quotes, and I picked the 3 one to replace al the fixtures except the door which needs to be the same as the community. Paul and Sokie did an amazing job and gave me the newest technology of garage button on the outside, and inside, and help me program my car and gave me 2 keys already programed, and taught me all the new tech stuff. It even has a sensor when I go down to my garage the lights come on automatically. It is amazing compared to my old one. You also got the button key on the outside of the garage and Paul taught me how to change it too. Very thorough explanation. Paul really knew his stuff very well and did all the fixtures and part replacement UNDER 3 hours ish… very good service. I HIGHLY recommend him and Precision Garage Doors. Paul and Sokie and the GUYS! They got your back. I feel very validated with them and trust them very much! Good people!

Incredibly overpriced. I was quoted 2K+ to rebuild my garage door system (new springs, rollers, cables, bearings). I agreed, and the work was done. However, it's important for customers to know that this top-of-the-market price only includes a 1-year warranty on parts (technician confirmed this). The person who came was professional and did a clean job but I would not recommend this service based on the extremely poor value.

Paul Brinkman was great! I’m a general contractor but I hate working in my own home. I have an oversized garage door, 9’ x18’ Paul came out, did a thorough inspection showed be the damaged parts and made the necessary adjustments, and repairs to have the door operating smoothly. Also, he noted for the age of the door that he typically sees other parts that would be at the end of their life. However, mine were in great shape. He didn’t try and upsell me on things that didn’t need to be replaced. Paul was also very efficient and had everything done within a few hours. Great service all around from Paul. I’ll be using them again for all my garage door needs.

Went out to leave the house and the garage door went up about a foot and stopped…nothing blocking it. Ooops. The spring is broken. A friend suggested calling Precision. From the moment the phone was answered, it was clear that this was a professional, organized, knowledgeable operation, I had decided that as long as a garage door company would be here, to replace the garage door opener because it was old and outdated. Got great info on the phone call. Various options were explained and all my questions answered. I asked for an appointment the next morning. I got texts re tech’s arrival time and could track his progress. The tech was fabulous! I told him what I wanted in a new unit. He went over options with me. He was neat and precise as he did the new install and cleaned up all his stuff after. He showed me everything and made suggestions. No pressure; just info. He walked me through all the programming and and wanted to make certain I could use the outside keypad and that the app was on my phone and worked. Best of all, it’s on my Apple Watch. I am very impressed with Precision. Class act start to finish. Thank you.

The overhead doors to my garage began to malfunction on a Sunday afternoon. I called Precision Garage Door for service. The technician, Jesus Silva, arrived promptly and evaluated the problem. The motors, springs, and mechanisms for operating the doors were old, worn, and could not effectively be repaired. Replacement at a reasonable price was the best choice. Jesus worked until early Sunday evening to complete installation of the new systems for the garage doors. He also took time to explain the reason for all the work that was done as well as proper maintenance. The garage doors are now dependable and quiet.
