My garage door was not working and so I called Precision. Jerry, technician, assigned for my work was out on a job and gave me time he would be coming. He called beforehand and arrived on time. Jerry is a great technician with tons of knowledge. He explained each and every part of the system as he was checking it and let me know the pros and cons of the different type of parts. He completed inspection and gave me 3 options to choose from to get the work done. No sales pressure! I selected the option and he got the job done in a very short time. Very impressed with Precision as I called on a Saturday around 3:30 p.m. and they schedule an appointment between 10-2 on Sunday. At 9:45 a.m. I received a phone call from the technician, Jonathan, letting me know he was en route and would be at my house around 10:15 a.m. At 10:15 a.m. he knocked on my door, within 2 minutes of him walking into my garage he had diagnosed the problem. My garage door was working again by 10:45 a.m. He was very professional, explained things, and went over and beyond by lubricating all parts. My garage door is so quiet, you cannot hear it open anymore as you could before. The repairs came with a three-year warranty. I would highly recommend this company and specifically Jonathan.

This company ripped me off by replacing a garage door vault lock which took him five minutes to do and then charged me over 343 dollars. The very same part at Home Depot is 12 bucks. Then he tried to sell me things I didn’t need like a complete new opener and door springs. I will never use this company again

Michael Munoz was my sales rep who helped me make the right decisions for my new garage door, panel design, motor and belt. He was friendly and helpful, giving me the information I needed to pick the features that I needed. Luigi Lopez was the technician who installed my garage door. It was amazing to watch the methodical way he took the old garage door apart and put together the new door. His steps were efficient yet he was always careful to measure and measure again to check that everything was right so the job was done correctly. He explained the operation of the door and answered all my questions. My beautiful garage door now hums as it opens and closes. I am very happy with your product and your employees! I called Precision and scheduled an appointment for my garage door which was operating sluggish. Technician came on time and told me I needed all the hardware on my door needed to be replaced or have a new door installed. I asked the Precision technician if the door springs could be wound up a bit more to help out the door in the opening mode. The technician declined. The cost of the door hardware replacement was $1600.00 and a new door was $3200.00. After sleeping on this garage door issue, I called another business, which I've used before to take a look at my door. They came, wound both door springs, lubricated the screw drive shaft and the screw carrier/rails. The garage door opened and closed like new!
