Terrible experience. First of all, I could barely understand 1/4 of what the tech was saying. Second, he tried to say that EVERYTHING was broken - the garage door opener, the sensors, the spring, the rollers on the actual door. Perhaps I needed a new door too. He asked if I had homeowner's insurance to cover it. Then he pressured me to buy a new opener to the tune of $1,000! I "needed" it and if I didn't do it now, I'd still have to pay the service call. I said I'd gladly pay the fee and find someone else thank you and I did. Nothing wrong but the opener. Replaced it and with installation for a total of $535.

Yesterman the top panel of my garage door broke off from the rest of the door leaving my garage exposed. I called Precision at 1PM on a Friday. Within 3 hours technician Paul Brinkman arrived. He was kind, competent, respectful and efficient. He not only fixed the garage door, but reccommended some upgrades which I really appreciated! Paul Brinkman is the tech who came to my house at 7 pm and he was amazing. First, he called me at 5 pm to give me a heads up that he was doing another job and would not be at myhouse for at least another 2 hours. That was extremely helpful to be able to plan ahead. When he arrived, he showed me the issues with my garage door mechanisms and gave me price options. He was very professional, very knowledgeable, and he worked very hard on this job. I really appreciated that he came to my house so late at night because I really needed my door to be fixed, and would have been in a bind if we had to wait until the following day. It was a late night but very much appreciated. I would definitely recommend Paul to anyone who asks. THANK YOU PAUL!

My garage door failed on a weekend. I tried to contact several repair services but none answered my inquiry, even though their web site said they were open, except Precision. We called Precision Garage Door for a garage door that had seen many days. Rich came out and installed a replacement opener since the old one was bad and wasn't working with the remotes anymore. The door itself was also in need of repair as the wheels were worn and the a couple of the hinges were bad, the springs were also not doing well, and the raise cables were just about unwinding. Rich took care of all this and from the time I called to when the door was fixed was about three hours. Now we have a door that is super quiet, has wifi enabled features, and the door operates so much better. I just can't thank Rich enough for doing such a good job. Thanks Precision Door Service.

Appointment was set from noon to 4 PM. The technitians arrived at noon and left at 1:39 PM. What a crew was that! A number of parts such as new steel bearing rollers and springs were installed in record time. It made me admire the knowledge and efficiency of Mr. Mario Mojica. His advice was the one of an absolute expert in the field. He new what was needed, why it was needed and the price. All necessary repairs were performed after giving me detailed explanations of his findings. I was not only impressed but also delighted. My garage door functions like a new one and I will not contact any other company if a future repair was needed.
