I'm very glad I chose Precision Garage Door of San Jose, and favorably impressed with technician Mario. He does the right things, and understands why. To balance the weight of the door, the spring needs to pull very hard when the door is almost closed, but much less when the door is fully open and in the tracks overhead. Mario chose the correct springs and made careful adjustments so the door opener motor doesn't have to work hard either opening or closing. He also lubricated all the moving parts. The door and opener are now smooth and quiet -- should last a long time. Good job!

This company is amazing. Once discovering our broken malfunctioning garage door, we called Precision based on other reviews and they were right on. They understood the problem and were there to repair it on a Sunday no less. Mario, our service tech was knowledgeable and courteous and understood the issue.
