Patrick needs a raise. He represents the one percent of trades-people these days who take pride in their work, obsessed with details, and polite. My only complaint is the 100% markup on parts. They're offensive!

Paul’s work was outstanding—swift and meticulous. I truly value and appreciate the quality he delivered. However, I have concerns regarding the billing. While I believe Paul’s expertise warrants the cost, the breakdown suggesting a significant portion went to materials feels off. I’ve seen similar components on Home Depot and Amazon for half the price. I’m more than willing to pay for Paul’s professionalism, but I’d prefer not to feel overcharged for materials.

Service was excellent! Jose Brizuela was very professional. He showed up on time, assessed the issues with my door, and explained the steps for the repair. He provided a couple of quotes for different levels of repair, and completed the job on time. He also left the space clean. Jose replaced the door rollers, cables, cable wheels and bearings, lubricated and adjusted everything. I'm very happy with the service. The only reason I did not give five stars, is because of the price. I believe the cost was a bit expensive, but I guess everything these days is very costly.

Tony was great - On time and very efficient. He explained everything that was needed and being done. Although your material prices seem to include labor (no labor charged). they are many times the listed prices for the same parts elsewhere. Overall, not a good "bang for the buck"

I needed a replacement backup battery for my Liftmaster garage door opener. An appointment was available the next day, within a 4-hour window. I was told the technician would call about 15 minutes before his arrival. I didn't get a call, and just happened to look out my front window - the truck was parked in my neighbor's driveway across the street! I walked over and said um... I think you're at the wrong house. :-) Happy that he showed up in the early part of that 4-hour window, and the job was finished quickly. I expected to pay more for the part than if I ordered it myself, but it was 4 times the cost of what I would have paid at Home Depot or Amazon. That seems a bit extreme, but happy to get it fixed.

Thought it was a bit expensive for not replacing any parts and taking only 10-15 minutes to do. I could barely understand Mejia Paul. Am glad the door is fixed, however!

Overall, I was very pleased with my service and installer. However, I was disappointed when after the installer left, I discovered the Liftmaster WLED model (which I was told is high-end/quality) does not work with the built-in (homelink) buttons in my 2015 Ford Escape or the 2008 Ford Explorer. According to the liftmaster manual it may require another communication box which wasnt supplied. I had no problem with my 20 year old craftsman lift (before it broke). It just seems crazy to provide a product without this feature, or even check and resolve before leaving. Fortunately I paid for a second hand held controller, so I can use those for my two cars.

My garage door failed on a weekend. I tried to contact several repair services but none answered my inquiry, even though their web site said they were open, except Precision. They booked a repair appointment that same day and arrived on time. The technician was knowledgeable, friendly and did the repair in no time.

Professionalism and prompt service from the initial call to the technician (Paulino M) completing the work was exceptional. Was impressed with the individual who answered the call (believe it was Melissa). She was very thorough and clear with her communications. She was professional in scheduling the service and ensuring all the details were correct. Excellent customer support, you are fortunate to have her on your team! Paulino M arrived ahead of schedule (same day of the initial call) and called when he was 20 minutes from arriving. Upon arrival Paulino was quick to ascertain the garage door failure (Torsion spring) and recommended replacing both springs and the Torsion Spring Center support precision bearings, which I agreed. He also made a recommendation to replace the door drums and a couple other wearing parts which I felt could wait and he didn’t pressure me. As for the pricing for the springs and bearing I was disappointed. I’ve owned a company for many years and understand how parts are marked up to cover a companies overhead costs. The highest quality springs on the market are less than half what we were charged and moderate quality springs are 1/3 the cost. As for the bearings, I was shocked to see the charge for the bearings, since I work with bearings. The markup was 4x and unjustified since most individuals are not familiar with this and would not question or investigate a realistic cost for this 2 Pack Garage Door Torsion Spring Center Support Precision Bearing. Overall, we received excellent, prompt, professional, and courteous service. Would have applied 5 stars, however the markup on replacement parts was excessive and disappointing. One final note, if anyone at Precision Door Service would like to disagree with my observations, I would be open to discussing this and make an amendment if proven incorrect.

First, I was assigned to the technician James. I was told he would be to my residence between 4 pm to 6 pm. However, he would call 20 to 30 minutes before to announce his arrival. At 10 minutes to 6 I had not heard from James. I called the office and they called and texted James for location and ETA. I was told I should hear from him soon. Another hour passed so I called the office again. Once again I informed the staff NO contact from James. They again reached out to James who allegedly texted back stating he would arrive in 15 minutes. Ten minutes later I get a call from Alex, another technician stating he would be here within 25 minutes. He tried to diagnose the problem over the phone but wasn't able. Upon his arrival, Alex was able to determine the cause and correct the problem. Whether the sensors wore out or damaged from a power surge, our power was out for about 2 hours, is suspect. Regardless, Alex was professional and knowledgeable. He actually saved the company from a less than favorable review which I was prepared to write. The company needs to have the call center be upfront and not tell clients they spoke to the tech., when in fact is was more likely they were making other arrangements. I could accept that rather than be told they communicated with James and I subsequently receive a call from Alex. Let Alex know his service saved the company from receiving a less than favorable rating. It went from what I was prepared to give, a two, to a four. I could not give a 5 due to the earlier problem with James.

One of the overhead springs holding our garage door broke, with the car locked in. Jerry from Precision Garage Door arrived the *same day* I called within just a few hours and fixed the problem quickly by replacing both the broken spring and the other one. Jerry was extremely friendly, gave me options, and answered all my questions. Beyond just fixing the problem, Jerry exceeded my expectations by giving the garage door a quick lube and now it operates much quieter. He also replaced the J connector with a more compact one which gives my low-ceiling garage greater clearance -- a nice little upgrade that a professional eye may spot immediately, while I didn't even know it's a possibility. Overall, Jerry not only the problem, but he also made the garage door work even better than it did before it broke. The only reason I give 4 rather than 5 stars is that the repair was overall rather pricey, at $520 (for 2 springs and a few smaller parts). I suppose this is a company pricing policy rather than Jerry's, but I think this is on the higher end of the price range for such a repair.

Garage door spring broke and door wouldn’t open. Precision door service was available, responsive and capable with certified, trained technicians. Erik came over to our house within 4 hours from our initial call and during the scheduled time. Erik even communicated twice with us regarding an ETA. After his thorough analysis of the problem, Erik provided a clear estimate and completed the work capably and in just over two hours due to the complexity of the problem. I plan to call on Erik and Precision again in case our motor needs replaced and I would highly recommend them.

Great response time. arrived as scheduled. Did what I needed to have done however I am not sure what their 21 point inspection consists of. CAUTION be sure to print out and give to the technician your printed coupon for free service call found on their site before he starts billing you ( and I must admit it says so on their site however I forgot to bring it out and when I mentioned to him that I had it it was too late and he charged me the service call plus the other charges) I would of saved 25.00 and he would of just charged for the 99.00 labor) therefore I would say that I would recommend they ask before they start the billing if the customer has a coupon this would truly be customer service. In this case I should of followed instructions as per their web and therefore I would recommend them to other friends as the work was done according to my request.

Technicians Mario & Erik called in advance of arrival and arrived when promised. Both were very professional and courteous making good recommendations after examining my 20 year old overhead door. They made the repairs and serviced all other moving parts. I was pleased with their work and courtesy. My only negative is the pricing of the parts needing replacement: (2) seven foot torsion cables $286 and (2) cable drums $196.56. This did include labor to install but still seemed somewhat expensive.
