Our garage door spring snapped at the end of the day and we called Precision to see if a technician could come in the morning as we had a construction crew needing the garage in the morning. Kevin arrived promptly in the morning and repaired the door, efficiently and courteously. He outlined the condition of other components of the garage door and we will be using this company in the future when we do the remaining upgrades. Outstanding service both from the technician and the operator who took our service call. I Highly recommend this company

Mario was wonderful! He came out on Mother's Day, assessed the issue, gave me an estimate of the cost for a few different options and did a GREAT job. I am so appreciative of his efforts. It isn't comfortable to be trapped inside because the garage door couldn't be safely opened. Instead of an unbalanced door that creaked, strained horribly and groaned mercilessly, it hums like a kitten now. Woohoo! Thank you so very much! Cathy

I placed the repair request Sunday evening. Monday morning the installer called me advising me that he was on the way. He arrived promptly at 9:00 a.m. He evaluated the condition of the garage door and the garage door opening mechanism. After that, he gave me an honest appraisal of the recommended work that should be performed. He replaced the garage door opener, the door rollers, and generally serviced the garage door. The installer was very polite and extremely efficient in the performance of his work.

What can I say. They where on time, friendly, knew what they where doing. I felt for all the work they had to do the price was was good. Before work was started I was given three quotes. I've been getting your commercials on radio and TV for weeks now and when my garage for failed on Friday, knowing that it was at least passed any warrantee I just called PGD. Your service man was here the next day and knew exactly what to do to replace mine that had provided better than 25 yeas of faithful service. He was pleasant and efficient and explained every step in the process. Only Issue I have with your service is that he didn't leave an invoice or copy of my paid receipt. In stead he said one would be sent by email and when it came by email the next day in order for me to get a copy it meant installing another program and being 84 and not being a computer whiz could to get a receipt and had to call in and request one be sent by the US mail, and I am still waiting for its arrival.

Our tech Antonio Mendoza arrived within the time frame quoted, he was very professional and informative about what we needed. He gave us three different quotes to help us decided what was best for us. He did an amazing job at installing our new motor and left our garage the exact same way he found it. We have been Precision Door a customer since 2000 which included two new garage doors - the 1st was to replace the original on the house, new door opener, and maintenance as needed. We have been 5 Star customers from then to today when they come out to replace the door opener. The products are superior, the installlers/service technicians are knowledgeable and professional. They arrive on time, the work is completed in timely manner. When on occasion we have interacted with the ofice staff they have been great too. Whether we have needed their services on a scheduled or emergency basis - they have been there for us.We have recommended Precision to our friends and neighbors, and will never use anyone else!
