Thank you Amario for fixing our garage door. He was on time, polite, wore gloves and a mask. He was able to quote the damage for repairs and it was a very fair price. He was able to fix it in about 20 or 30 mins in 91 degree heat- it was way hotter in the garage. He was just so pleasant and listened to the problem and relayed a situation that made sense. He was also able to reinforce the hardware to make our door more secure and I think safer. We have two cats and two kids. Safety is so important to me- nevermind I squished the door on an empty wagon. At least I know who will do a great job!!

My door closing sensors were never aligned correctly, and Sometimes I couldn’t adjust them to get the door to close. Using the website chat function, I was quickly an,e to set up an appointment. Phillip called to let me know when he would arrive, was polite, knowledgeable and fast. He replaced the sensors, taught me how to lubricate the door, springs, and track, and was done within 30 minutes. Great job and great service!

I had a new garage door installed. The installer left without realizing he broke one side of the sensor lights. I called the office and asked for him to come back and fix it. He never came. I called a second time and the person on the phone told me to just go buy a sensor myself on Amazon. The garage door is nice. But the customer service is greatly lacking.

Paul Brinkman responded to my call for repair of my garage door yesterday. He was prompt, on time (within the allotted window and early if I may say so...). He presented me with several repair options and their cost and I made a decision to go with the middle option as his advice seemed good. My garage door was not opening, but instead made a struggling sound and to no avail. Jerry from your company came out the same day and immediately recognized that it was a sensor alignment problem that he fixed within a few moments of time, while also showing me how to make the simple adjustment myself if it were to happen again. As he was already here, he showed me other possibilities of making the door run safer and smoother, revealing the cost of those items, but with no pressure for me to make those changes. He was attentive to detail and adjusted a few other places needing tweaking or attention, while explaining the purpose to me of the areas he gave his attention to. It was a pleasure meeting him. I wish I had done my homework before purchasing my garage door opener 7 years ago, and gone with your company who I had never called, as I was working them and didn't find the time. 5 stars for your company and 5 stars for your employee, Jerry!
