I was having problems with a 22 year old garage door opener. I called this morning and I was given an appointment for this afternoon. Mario Mojica was prompted and explained I needed a new opener and spring and gave me an estimate for replacement. He installed everything and explained how to use the wall and remote opener. Thank you Mario for all of your hard work. It is much appreciated.

I had a new garage door installed. The installer left without realizing he broke one side of the sensor lights. I called the office and asked for him to come back and fix it. He never came. I called a second time and the person on the phone told me to just go buy a sensor myself on Amazon. The garage door is nice. But the customer service is greatly lacking.

Garage door issues. Jerry called, showed up as scheduled , explained the problem and offered 3 options. No pressure. Very professional, courteous, and friendly. Paul Brinkman responded to my call for repair of my garage door yesterday. He was prompt, on time (within the allotted window and early if I may say so...). He presented me with several repair options and their cost and I made a decision to go with the middle option as his advice seemed good. He hammered (literally...) out the repair in 1 and a half hours. He did a great job and your phone number is taped to my garage wall...thanks.... (ps. I'm trying to get a Yelp review going, but am having problems which I should solve soon...)

My garage door was not opening, but instead made a struggling sound and to no avail. Jerry from your company came out the same day and immediately recognized that it was a sensor alignment problem that he fixed within a few moments of time, while also showing me how to make the simple adjustment myself if it were to happen again. As he was already here, he showed me other possibilities of making the door run safer and smoother, revealing the cost of those items, but with no pressure for me to make those changes. He was attentive to detail and adjusted a few other places needing tweaking or attention, while explaining the purpose to me of the areas he gave his attention to. It was a pleasure meeting him. I wish I had done my homework before purchasing my garage door opener 7 years ago, and gone with your company who I had never called, as I was working them and didn't find the time. 5 stars for your company and 5 stars for your employee, Jerry!

We had The service rep Alex K out to our home location not only was he on time and super polite. He was incredibly helpful. He made sure I knew everything that was happening and what work he was doing. He didn’t put pressure on us to buy more or spend more but he made recommendations and he made sure to tell us that precision door is happy to help and we can call them any time. He was a gentleman and very kind. He walked through everything one more time to make sure everything was okay. He even swept up the garage area where he had been working. He also made sure to not touch anything that wasn’t involved with with his work to keep us safe!! Thank you because of Alex you guys have a new return client!!

We called your company at 10:30 pm on Saturday night because our garage door was broken...didn't know what was wrong. Tim answered your phone and said Alex could be there on Sunday morning between 8 am and 12 pm. Alex arrived at 8:40 am and was here until about 1 pm. He fixed the broken spring, replaced the rail, put new bearings in, and also replaced the sensors. He was extremely professional, explained everything to us, and completed the job in an efficient manner. He is definitely a 5 star guy. Thanks, Alex.

I was very pleased with the technician Phillip Nguyen. He was very informative about what he was doing and he showed me what to do to maintain the moving parts of the door and opener. To me it was a little pricey but never having anything done to the door prior to today I have nothing to compare it to. I would deffenently recomend this company to anyone.
