Last night we had a spring break on our garage door and I couldn't open the door safely. I called our normal garage door guy and he said it would be a week before he could get to us. On a referral from a colleague I called Precision. From the first call I was impressed by the thoroughness and professional way my call was handled. She took down all my contact information and repeated it back to me so there was no mistake. She gave me a four hour window when our technician would be there and then I received an email confirming everything. Jim called about 40 minutes before he showed up. Right in the middle of the window and was there when he said he was going to arrive. Jim had an apprentice with him, Don was his name as I recall, and Don did the quote under the guidance of Jim and they both worked together to do the repair. The door now works perfectly and we are happy and satisfied at the way it was all handled. All the while they were working Jim and I talked about several topics he was able to do this while doing his half of the repair and QA'd his apprentice. Very professional. Definitely a 5 star rating, maybe even 6 stars if it was possible.

The technician contacted me when he was closed to my home for the service, he was very professional and did his job in a short time, we are very pleased on how he addressed the issue and the suggestions on what we can do in order to maintain the motor running since the motor of the garage door is a bit old. I am very pleased with the service that I got. Mario was very efficient, courteous and helpful. He installed a new garage door opener and checked my gararge door. Took the time to set up my remote in my car and install the app on my phone. The work was done in about an hour. Price was reasonable and competitive. Would definitely recommend to others.

I searched on Bing and they came up. I got an appointment for the next day. They arrived on time calling me to let me know they were on their way. Repairs were quick and replaced with new coils which are better than the ones I had. Great Job!

I contacted Precision yesterday with an automatic door that didn't work. 12 hours later I have an almost 50 year old garage door that operates more quietly and smoothly than it did when I bought the house a decade and a half ago. The technician, who arrived early this morning, was very professional and gave me three choices for repairs. His professional manner made me decide on the most involved reconditioning. This is not to say that we waltzed down the yellow brick road. There was a mix up with my payment. To me this was where the company really shined. They called me and promptly cleared up the situation. In my dealings with home repairs I have never had such a seamless interaction. FIVE STARS!!

Seems to work well! Sadly the tech left the old sensors in place instead of replacing them with the new ones! I'm so tired of having to watch people in the trades and their dishonesty!!! Charged full price but got less than full service!!!

The Five star rating is for Mario. He did a great job at getting my garage door working again. Pretty much the whole assembly was broken and he replaced almost everything. It was a little over $1700. The price was much higher than I expected and I wish that I had called around a bit more because now I will always wonder if I was overcharged or not. It just seemed like a tremendous amount of money, but I didn't do enough homework to know what to expect either. I am happy for the 5 year warranty on it though. It is a big chunk of money but will be guaranteed to work for at least 5 years. Mario was very thorough, on time, explained everything in language I could understand, and he showed me all the broken pieces so I know that they were definitely bad, and he gave me a surge protector and a new keypad entry for no charge he said.

This business is run the way a business should be. Easy to schedule, had to reschedule - no problem - the technician called when he was on his way, was there on time, did the repair quickly and at a very reasonable price. We have rentals and from time to time we do have garage door issues - we will be calling Precision again when needed. And will be recommending them. This experience could not have been better. Exceeded expectations.

Mario was the technician that came out, He was punctual arriving wearing a mask and at the time he stated in he pre appointment phone call 30 mins prior.
