Good website, can come the same day, fair and straightforward pricing- no hidden fees, good workmanship and nice people- both the technician and people on the phone. Liked the email appointment confirmation, electronic pricing and receipt option and email asking how they did and what could they have done better. Well run company.

Five on Technician and quality but 3(-) on call center handling issue and appt date. When called on issue told one thing and they then called back to say another in 5 minutes. Never got a reschedule to morning and show Technician to come out Sunday evening instead of early Morning morning. Confusing. Supposely 24hours & Tech on duty?? When asked to speak to owner as web says got run around and should talk to manager and when I asked if Pat the owner was manager told no, so responded why talk to him when clearly addresses he wants to know. No answer. Polite and finished. Think needs to be better scrip in data call center on escalation and what owner of business says!

Malek T. arrived within the pre-scheduled time frame and analyzed necessary work to be done to our damaged garage door. He explained what would be required and took time to be sure we understood the repair that was necessary and approximately how long the job would take. We were very pleased with Malek's demeanor, skills and finished result -- the garage door was fixed!

Precision Door Services send out a technician to diagnose my problem, and Technician Identified my rollers and springs and explained different options, I checked around and their prices are very competitive so I set up an appointment and the installed was very quickly. I am a very happy customer.

Look on Google for reviews on garage doors and found Precision Door Services they were by far have the best rating in the business These guys were out to my house immediately. Called at 7 am, service tech arrived at 8:20 am. Garage door fixed by 8:50 am. Broken spring

Within 30 minutes of submitting the request online, I got a call to schedule a time that best works out for me. I needed a new opener and rollers. the technician was very accommodating, and not pushy. Very straight to the point, he didn't waste any time trying to sell me unnecessary products. They use quality openers and I am very happy with the product and service.

Just the fact that they could come out the same day and within a few hours from my phone call was fantastic. The service was great, Brandon H. called 45 minutes before he arrived, arrived on time, clearly defined my options, and did a beautiful install. He answered all my q.uestions, and explained all my options if I decide to install a new garage door at a later date. All in all, a great experience. I had my springs replaced by Mike. Mike is a decent guy and worked quickly. I would refer them to friends and family if people are in need of repairs.
