My garage door Torsion Spring broke in 2004, I called Precision Garage Door to replace it. It was broken yesterday and I called again, immediately they send Mario to replace it again with 50% service call discount. Mario did an fantastic job in 1 hour and I only need to pay he labor cost of replacing the spring, as it was under 10 years warranty.

The professional showed up within the 4-hour window. He went through a though check of every component of the system. He explained very clearly what components needed to be replaced. Then he used a pad connected to the office via internet to give me a quote. He completed installing a new opener and replaced all defected components within three hours. A invoice was sent to me after a few minutes to my email. The system works great! This is the second time we used Precision. The office answered the Hone calls promptly. Very professional!

I’m sure there are several garage door service companies in the greater bay area, however, Precision has to be the absolute best. Responding to you needs promptly. Excellent customer service in the office. Mike who has serviced and installed of our opener is the quintessential professional who really knows his stuff. Service was completely promptly by Paulino. Thanks for coming out the next morning...HOWEVER... it cost us $1000 instead of $350 for just the springs! I had a broken spring on the left side...which meant both springs needed to be replaced for "safety" reasons. After looking at the door, Paulino suggested we replace the 4" rollers (10 of them $325.00) and 2 loose bearings ($250).... I felt it was a TOTAL up-sell (money maker for them)...and we didn't have time to look into what could possible be wrong with the rollers. Felt scammed. The job was complete in 45 minutes...FAST! That was a quick $1000 for Precision. Geez.

Great response time. arrived as scheduled. Did what I needed to have done however I am not sure what their 21 point inspection consists of. CAUTION be sure to print out and give to the technician your printed coupon for free service call found on their site before he starts billing you ( and I must admit it says so on their site however I forgot to bring it out and when I mentioned to him that I had it it was too late and he charged me the service call plus the other charges) I would of saved 25.00 and he would of just charged for the 99.00 labor) therefore I would say that I would recommend they ask before they start the billing if the customer has a coupon this would truly be customer service. In this case I should of followed instructions as per their web and therefore I would recommend them to other friends as the work was done according to my request.

Brandon Brooks inspect the garage door opener and pointed out all the worn out parts. He suggested I install a new one. I was not surprised since the opener was at least 35 years old. He had one on the truck which he installed. He worked quickly and thoroughly. I love all the new features which Brandon explained to me.

I called around 4:30 pm on Tuesday when my garage door couldn't be opened. I was told all Precision techs were booked and got scheduled for Jerry to arrive at 12:30-4:30 pm next day. Jerry did call around 1 pm and said he was with another customer and gave me an updated arrival time between 2:30 and 3:00 pm. Around 3:10 pm Mario whose picture was not even on the website called and told me he's coming instead around 4 pm. He showed up 5 minutes to four. Up to now, not quite that great. I was, however, quite impressed with Mario's professional skill. He very quickly identified the problem - the spring was broken. He also suggested roller replacements for better performance. After I agreed to the detailed quote he showed me, he patiently replaced the springs and the rollers. He even helped re-locate the locking mechanism so I now can lock the garage door. Finally he spray-lubricated all the moving parts of the garage door. He was very polite, knowledgeable, and neat.
