We are giving you a 5-Star rating. Our garage door would not open. Malek came on time. He was confident, polite, and competent. He told us because of age, (about 15 years), the springs were not working. He went over the different options with us on the repair, and we chose the package . This comes with a 10-year warranty on parts and one year on labor. He did the work efficiently in a little over half and hour. He even added a handle on the back door, noticing that it's hard for me to lift the door manually in the event electricity goes out. The garage door opens smoothly now, with much less noice than before. We would recommend Malek and your co.'s service.

Ok so had used Precision many years ago and they did a nice job so called again when had an issue with our door. I was a little skeptical that they would actually get to my home by 2:00pm on the Saturday after Christmas when I called that morning, but they did! Mike did a good, clean job fixing our garage door and opener at a fair price. Will call Precision again if I ever need help.

I had never called Precision Garage Door before. I found them on google. So I call and they immediately answer the phone (like the ad says) and this lovely woman named Ashley? answers all my questions and sets up an appointment the same day. Mike the technician comes to my home and very quickly and efficiently goes about fixing our garage door after explaining why it was not working.
