James W. was the service technician who responded to my call for replacement of a broken spring. He was professional, took the time to inspect my garage door, and provided me with an overview of existing and potential problems Although I did not have him replace all of the components he identified that might need replacing at some future time there was NO pressure to have the suggested work done at this time. The replacement of door springs and cables was done quickly and efficiently in just over an hour. Overall, I am very pleased with James and his efficient and timely service.

Quick service - I called in at 1pm and got an appointment for 3-7pm. James and Daniel were there shortly after 3pm. They were thorough and courteous. Since my door was over 20 years old, in addition to replacing the springs they replaced the cables and added a stiffener to the top panel.

A receipt was never emailed only this survey. Good technician, but bad business systems, no email receipt, had to call to get one, appointment originally set for April 30 between 12:30 and 4:30. Noone showed up. When I called they said the receptionist never set up the appointment since I didn't finalize the call. Not true, I stated OK when she said the time, she didn't ask for any more info, said nothing so I hung up. Technicians are very good, systems, or management seems to be problematic.

Jerry showed up on time and diagnosed why our garage door wouldn’t open. There were 3 problems with how our door had been installed. He then fixed them quickly and we were up and running. He also educated me on how to better maintain the doors — I learned a lot — and as an extra bonus he pointed out a mistake in how our fence was installed (totally unrelated to the garage door) that I could fix. He really went above and beyond!

I waited too long to complete this review and now have forgotten the young man's name. Regardless, I've been impressed with my two interactions with this company as it's clear they emphasize customer service. I find that refreshing because they really are the only name when it comes to this service and I'm not sure they need to go the extra mile. The young man who fixed my issue is attending college in Santa Clara, Ca. and will soon be graduating AND getting married. He's from Tennessee I believe and was a true pleasure to talk to. So I'd like to tell you as an owner of this company how impressed I was with your employee. I'd also tell his parents if I had the chance, you raised a fine young man and should be commended. This company really is something special!

The Pros: Answered the phone at 5am when I called. Very courteous on the phone, detailed, and immediately gave an acceptable window (10am-2pm). The Cons: Didn't call ahead of time despite telling me he would (minor). Coming near the end of the window (minor). Then the work was "You have to get all these things new", which included two springs, a roller, and two drums. The full cost was $1125 with installation. I then checked and found a new door, fully installed, from another company would be closr to $1300, and it would include an actual new door, springs, motor, and everything else. We ended up paying because our car was trapped in the garage before the guy arrived, and we didn't feel comfortable saying "No" after he started working. So, while prompt, if you can avoid calling them, you should.

Thank you for a job well done! An exciting early morning for us- upon my husband‘s departure for work shortly before 7 AM, the garage door popped out of it‘s guide rails and tore some of the brackets away from the garage frame, twisted the rails and making for a lop-sided hanging door that would no longer budge nor close. Needless to say, unsettling if you can’t lock or leave your home! By 7:30AM I had made the appointment with Priscilla for same day service. Gabriel, our technician, called ahead and showed up as promised, assessed the damage ( one of the sorings had broken and caused things to jump out of the rails). The technician gave me 2 options, afterwhich he proceeded to replace the broken spring(s) , center bearing etc. Before noon our garage door was back to functioning as it should, including it’s glass panels still intact and in place, all joints and the main track freshly lubed as well as the alarm system still talking to the base.... Appreciated the clear options, the dialogue on eye level and not being up-sold something we did not need or budget for! Way to go- can only recommend the company and Gabriel was spot on, knowledgeable and courteous- MUCH OBLIGED!
