I needed a door company to come out asap because my door quit and I had to have it working to pass the housing authority inspection for section 8 rental. The technichen-MIke came the next day and confirmed that I needed a new motor. In 11/2 hrs i had a new opener,upgrated to code and I can ow get my inspection due to the quick response to my call. My regular door company couldn't come out to next week which wouldn't work for me since i need to fly back to Hawaii in 4 days. Mike the tech was great when he was here on the job. You guys will get my second opener in about a month. Thanks, Mike

Never used Precision before but found them on Angie's List. Called because they guaranteed that someone would answer my call 24/7 (they did on 2nd ring) and could do same day service anywhere in the bay area. Well, they did what they promised. Brandon shows up at my house on time after calling to tell me when to expect him and was a model for customer service. Professional, friendly, patient with my questions, had all the right parts to fix my door and gave us service with a smile! Not enough of that anymore. Thanks Brandon and Precision Garage Door.

Had our springs replaced . The service tech was on time and did a good job fixing our door. We were surprised we had to replace both springs and a bearing too which led us to paying more tha we wanted. Hopefully the high cycle springs will last.
