Philip was awesome he was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. He answered our questions in detail. We thought it was the sensors because the garage door kept going up when we tried to close it. If we ever need service again I would ask for Philip to come out.

Our spring broke late Friday night and we thought we wouldn't find anyone so last minute who would be able to come in and get this fixed over the weekend. David remembered the commercials and said lets give them a try. We called Saturday morning and Alexis got us an appointment for that afternoon. Raul arrived early and was soooo very helpful and friendly He reviewed the damage gave us options and once we chose our repair, had it fixed within hours. There was no pressure for an up sale and he was very clear on what was needed moving forward and thorough in his work. When our next service/repair is needed, we will definitely be calling you again!

Phillip was great. He arrived on time, was quick to propose various options to get our garage door repaired, and was even happy to explain what he was doing as he repaired the door. He showed me each part he removed and demonstrated how he could tell that it was old and failed. In a little over an hour our garage door was fixed and quieter than we knew was possible.

I had used Precision Garage Door previously for a repair & got great service then. Nothing has changed...great service again today! I can't believe how quick it all is. I called about 2pm to ask about getting a new keypad installed & by a little after 5pm the same day it was installed & paid for. Quick, easy, & reliable with great service!
