Raised in Minnesota, I came to California in the '80's. I was born to do this job, I have the knack for fixing things plus my height comes in handy for working on things overhead. I installed my first Garage Door in 1980 while in the Air National Guard. I have been fixing things for clients my whole life. When I'm not working I enjoy dining out or catching a movie with family or friends. I also like to travel, and am a fan of the TV show Family Guy. I'm often playing Texas Hold 'em Saturday nights. I enjoy working with clients, I always put the customer first. I will not just fix it, I will be sure you are satisfied with the job, and all your questions are answered.

Yesterday Paul provided us super service of our two garage doors. The annoying chirpy, squeaky sounds are gone now. Our first experience was dreadful. We had the worst service representative ever. The manager was hard to deal with as well back a year ago. I will now retract my comments to the present situation. We just had Paul Brinkman come out and he made everything so very pleasant. He was polite, through and very knowledgeable. We definitely will be calling for him to install our next opener. Thank you I now send an original 1 vote from a year ago to a 10 now.

Spring popped on my garage door after 10 years of use. Paul arrived on time and was able to provide 3 options/estimates for the repair/upgrade to my garage door. The technician that serviced our garage door was Paul Brinkman. He upgraded our obsolete LiftMaster garage door opener with a new model, complete with wall control panel, sensors, new quiet rollers, keyless entry, remotes and basic operation, and training on new technology and safety features. He was friendly, professional and efficient throughout installation. He did an excellent job, represented the company well and I recommend him based on his working knowledge, skills and customer service.

Paul, the technician who came to fix our garage door, was AWESOME. He came early, worked very efficiently, and before he left, Paul explained and showed us all of the the problems he had fixed. We were thrilled - the garage door is SO quiet now!!! Based on our experience, we would highly recommend your company to anyone looking for timely, excellent service!!! PS: Fantastic service!! We called the service number around 2:10 on the afternoon of Sept. 2nd and Paul was at our house less than 45 mins. later - AND ALL OF THIS WAS ON LABOR DAY AFTERNOON!!! Our garage door was getting stuck at a fixed location while opening. I contacted Precision Door service and was told that a tech would come between 12-4 pm. The tech, Paul Brinkman, came after 5:30 pm. He told that the two springs and 3 bearings need to be replaced and would cost $1031.66. This would normally have cost much less than even half of this amount. However, since I had already waited long enough, I just wanted to be over with the repair... Precision Garage Door technician, Paul Brinkman, arrived on time. He was very patient explaining the problem to me. As my garage door was 12 years old. The torsion spring was broken and needed to be replaced; so were the bearings. The rollers need to be upgraded. He did all that and fine tuned the garage door operation in an hour or so, and all by himself. He was very courteous and professional. Called on a Friday afternoon and technician Paul B. showed up at our home ~2 hours later. He did a thorough inspection of our roll-up garage door which had been making a lot of noise as of late. After his inspection he gave us three quotes for different levels of repair. Since the has been installed nearly 16 years ago we opted for the highest level of service and got new rollers, new motor with awesome LED lights, new sensors, and new interior and exterior keypads which included a lot a features we didn't have before including a phone app. Paul was very friendly and professional, he did not try to sell us on any particular option but showed us what was available to us and gave us a AAA discount, which we appreciated. We now have a virtually silent garage door with lots of bells and whistles. We're very happy we called Precision and that Paul ended up being our service provider. Thanks so much for such a good experience!
