The entire transaction was handled professionally and efficiently. My entire door assembly was inspected and maintenance was performed and it works like new now. I really appreciated the way the staff handled themselves both on the phone when discussing the work and quickly identifying the issues when on site.

I selected Precision Garage Door because on Saturday my garage door had a spring that had sprung, and I could not get my garage door open. I was on my way to do some shopping. I looked in the Yellow Pages under garage door repairs and your Ad was the first one I saw. It also mentioned that you did service in Sunnyvale and that is why I called. The service which was done by Joel was very professional. He answered all the questions we asked and also explained what he was doing and had done. When he gave us the quote, he explained what needed to be done and what item may pop up in the future. Also, we appreciated the fact that we could chose from two different quotes. Work was done efficiently and garage floor was left clean which I appreciated and that Joel was able to come out on a Saturday morning. We will recommend Precision Garage Door to others.

Our garage door broke early on a Saturday morning. Precision send out a very friendly courteous technician who explained exactly what was wrong and what parts needed replacement. Whole process took 90 minutes. Would definitely recommend.

We needed a door and motor replacement. As advertised your staff was awesome and efficient. Our installer, Moises, did an fantastic job. He called ahead, arrived before the scheduled time and reviewed the system with us including all the options for use 4th our phones. He swept up all the debris, ours and his and took it with him. We have only had it for two days but it is so silent and works perfectly. Your Company is everything it advertises it is! We have worked with many companies on a variety of repairs, alterations and additions. You deserve a 6 star review!

My garage door stopped working and I suspected the spring was broken, Jose arrived 90 minutes after my initial phone call (which was at 7.30AM) and provided exceptional service. He quickly diagnosed the issue (spring), was very professional in explaining the trade offs to me and what he believed might serve me best in the long term. Mario was wonderful! He came out on Mother's Day, assessed the issue, gave me an estimate of the cost for a few different options and did a GREAT job. I am so appreciative of his efforts. It isn't comfortable to be trapped inside because the garage door couldn't be safely opened. Instead of an unbalanced door that creaked, strained horribly and groaned mercilessly, it hums like a kitten now. Woohoo! Thank you so very much! Cathy

We needed a repair on our very old garage door system. I called Precision and they sent someone out that very same day to inspect, quote and repair. That someone was Paul. Paul was very friendly and professional. He gave me all my options and what they all entailed. He completed the job in the time frame that he quoted. When finished, he explained and demonstrated all functions of my new system. I would highly recommend Precision and Paul as the technician.

For about 2weeks now, the garage opener start having a loud clicking noise when it goes up. Thank you Paul Brinkman. Came out on Labor day, spotted the problem right away and replaced the center bearing plate right away. 2weeks of worrying gone in a blink of an eye.

One star--called ahead and arrived within time framework Garage door was opening and closing without any problem. I intended to purchase a new Lift Master, as the one I have cannot read new technology allowing me to program it for my new Lexus. I called and was expecting to pay $614 plus tax and labor to install. The worker would not install the Lift Master without new springs and bearings---cost $1,576.77.

Called for an appointment on Monday, and Joel Flores was here Tuesday morning. He replaced the Auto-lock which was under warranty, so only labor and service charges. He explained everything, replaced the lock, lubed everything, and was in and out in a nice short time frame. He was great, and now the lock is working again, couldn't be happier.

The very old garage door opener stopped working. Brandon diagnosed and fixed the promblem promptly. He replaced the garage door opener, the spring, two bearings and one hinge. He had all the parts required and did the job by himself in record time. The door now is very smooth or quiet when opening and closing it. Brandon is an awesome service engineer.

The springs broke on my garage door. When I called about getting someone out to fix the problem, I was so happy to be able to get an appointment for the next day. I looks like Precision Door has quite a few technicians, so they can provide service quickly. The man that showed up, Joel, was friendly, courteous, and very knowledgeable. He changed the springs, cables and end bearings in about 1.5 hours. Very efficient. I won't hesitate to call Precision Door for any issues or maintenance needed in the future.

We had a bit of a crisis as we were planning a road trip and planned to leave at ~8am. When the garage door would not open, and could not be manually opened, I called Precision at ~7:30am. A great representative answered live, and given the circumstances scheduled someone for the same morning. The technician arrived at around 8:30, provided three different options, and was done with the repairs by 9:45. Great repair (very quiet now) and great customer service!!!

Living in our home for almost 25 years, we have had many occasions to have repair work done on our garage doors and openers. Recently one of the two springs broke on our double door. We had no idea when they had been replaced, but we knew it was quite a while ago. One of the cables snapped as well. Since we have two springs we were pretty sure that both springs had to be replaced. After seeing numerous Precision Garage Door TV commercials, and checking them on line, we discovered that they answer all calls 24/7 with one of their own employees both of which are not a common practice in their industry. We called on Monday morning and we set up an appointment for Tuesday. We received an email confirming the appointment complete with the name of the assigned tech, Jonathan Castro, as well as his personal bio. The appointment was set for 8a-12a and as promised, I received a call from Jonathan letting us know he would be at the house in about 30 minutes. Jonathan arrived in 30 minutes as promised. We reviewed the damage and he went over a number of repair options which included replacing not only both springs and both cables, but a number of other parts that over the many years of use showed obvious signs of deterioration. We approved the option to replace all the parts recommended. The bottom line included an extended warranty as well as a "senior discount" Jonathan was professional and personable and displayed an extreme degree of knowledge about his product and industry. Many thanks to Jonathan and Precision Garage Door. We will certainly recommend them to our friends, family and neighbors.

Michael Munoz was my sales rep who helped me make the right decisions for my new garage door, panel design, motor and belt. He was friendly and helpful, giving me the information I needed to pick the features that I needed. Luigi Lopez was the technician who installed my garage door. It was amazing to watch the methodical way he took the old garage door apart and put together the new door. His steps were efficient yet he was always careful to measure and measure again to check that everything was right so the job was done correctly. He explained the operation of the door and answered all my questions. My beautiful garage door now hums as it opens and closes. I am very happy with your product and your employees! I will be happy to recommend your company to family and friends.

Precision was so easy to deal with from the first call and making an appointment to post-installation. They showed up on time and no surprises regarding the pricing. Reasonable and no nonsense. This was a bait and switch scam. The claim their trip/service fees are low but then charged another $99 for a five minute programming fee for my elderly mother’s garage door opener. Will never recommend this company to anyone!!
