Hello, My name is Mario Mojica. I was raised in California and can speak and write Spanish fluently. It is a pleasure working for Precision as Garage Technician. I enjoy serving the clients and providing good customer service. I truly enjoy the work that I do, especially meeting new customers. I appreciate the challenges that make this job more exciting. Working for Precision has been very rewarding for me since day one. Before working for Precision, I worked in the logistics field for many years but when Precision gave me the opportunity to learn a new industry, I was excited to get started. I can honestly say that this opportunity has helped me developed my skills as a technician. My approach is to greet all our customers with professionalism and a smile. Great service. Mario is our technician and he is courteous and patient in explaining every single detail. We had great communication, especially on the timing side. I expressed a potential time conflict due to a coming meeting; he delivered a time estimate and made it smoothly (no rushing at all). The service quality is high. I saw your advertisement recently on t.v., but had called for service some years ago and remembered having a good experience. Mario was wonderful! He came out on Mother's Day, assessed the issue, gave me an estimate of the cost for a few different options and did a GREAT job. I am so appreciative of his efforts. It isn't comfortable to be trapped inside because the garage door couldn't be safely opened. Instead of an unbalanced door that creaked, strained horribly and groaned mercilessly, it hums like a kitten now. Woohoo! Thank you so very much! Cathy

I'm very glad I chose Precision Garage Door of San Jose, and favorably impressed with technician Mario. He does the right things, and understands why. To balance the weight of the door, the spring needs to pull very hard when the door is almost closed, but much less when the door is fully open and in the tracks overhead. Mario chose the correct springs and made careful adjustments so the door opener motor doesn't have to work hard either opening or closing. He also lubricated all the moving parts. The door and opener are now smooth and quiet -- should last a long time. Good job!

This company is amazing. Once discovering our broken malfunctioning garage door, we called Precision based on other reviews and they were right on. They understood the problem and were there to repair it on a Sunday no less. Mario, our service tech was knowledgeable and courteous and understood the issue. He offered us various choices of repair and once we selected what we thought was best, he was on it!!! He repaired it perfectly and it works better and quieter than the original door. We're thrilled with the repair and this company and Mario. Don't hesitate to call them. I feel so blessed I found a reputable, honest and trustworthy company . The Best!!!

I’m happily sitting in my car after going to church, which required me to open and close my garage door then open and close it again when I came home. Your technician, Mario, came to my house this afternoon to repair my inconsistently operating garage door. He found the problem, repaired it and gave my Lift Master door a badly overdue servicing with a bit of an update on some parts, my door is operating properly. I was very happy with the repair of my garage door. I could not believe everything that had to be replaced. I was shocked at the price but it should be great for years. The repairman was a very good worker and explained everything. He was friendly and thankful he could come on such quick request.

I chatted online with Holly Y at Precision on the Friday afternoon before Memorial Day weekend about my garage door's antics and the need to have a pro check it out. Holly offered a time slot for the next morning, a Saturday, which wasn't convenient for me. I thought my next opportunity would be Tuesday after the long weekend, but Holly said she could have a technician come out on Sunday morning. I was very (pleasantly) surprised to have a tech come out on a Sunday! Sunday morning Mario Mojica, the technician, called about a half hour before he arrived to make sure that would be a convenient time. Mario was professional and courteous and fixed the problem easily and quickly. I definitely recommend Precision to anyone whose garage door needs attention.

Mario called about 30 minutes of arrival. He checked over my problem and said a bracket was bent and broken and that 10 rollers were not doing their job. He replaced all 10 of them and the bracket and greased up the screw drive and hinges. He was neat, polite, and informed me exactly what the problem was. The door worked well after servicing and was noticeably more quiet when opening and closing. Job well done! You have a great employee. Thank you, Ken....

The technician did a good job and fixed the current problem. However, a charge of over $400 for a one hour service call is excessive and I will not be using Precision Door Service again

The company lives up to its name. One guy installed both a new door and opener in a day, and he aligned the door perfectly. A few weeks later as the weather changed and the house shifted, the door would no longer open as it started hitting the opener. Another technician came out and quickly adjusted it, but then decided to reinstall the opener higher up to ensure the door never hits the opener. I love how they do the right thing for the long run even if it took a few hours under warranty.

I am a repeat user. I have used other companies but came back to Precision because of their professional approach as well as their very competent technicians. They are timely in their arrival and treat the tenants with respect and dignity. (something that I have had a problem with with some other companies.)

If I could give 10 stars I would ! I had a basic service call and from the beginning felt as if I was a valued customer. Very professional from the phone call making the appointment (and was offered same day service !)- to the call notifying me the tech was on his way. Both technicians were knowledgeable and explained what i needed and showed me things about my opener that would be good to know should I have an emergency. Then they did an excellent job putting on a trim on the bottom of the door that I needed - with PRECISION ! 10 star service !!
