Philip was awesome he was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. He answered our questions in detail. We thought it was the sensors because the garage door kept going up when we tried to close it. If we ever need service again I would ask for Philip to come out.

Phillip was great. He arrived on time, was quick to propose various options to get our garage door repaired, and was even happy to explain what he was doing as he repaired the door. He showed me each part he removed and demonstrated how he could tell that it was old and failed. In a little over an hour our garage door was fixed and quieter than we knew was possible.

Everything was terrific, the entire process. I've had problems with my garage door for years that I endlessly tried to fix myself. I even had other companies come out and try to fix the issues but their solutions never worked long term. Precision came out within hours of my initial call, quickly diagnosed my problems, gave me 3 detailed solution options, and completed super high end work right away. Phillip N was our garage installer technician. He came out promptly at the 8 am time frame, which was great so we didn't have to wait for him to arrive. He evaluated our garage issue and immediately figured out the issue. It wasn't a motor issue but a broken spring. He was able to give me options which were detailed and allowed me to make an informed decision. He repaired the spring and was done in less than 2 hours.
