It's rare these days to find a company with this level of service excellence. I called at 8:30am, at 4:30 as promised Phillip turned up, quoted there and then, replaced the motor and all the accessory parts in 2 hours. Then he showed me everything I needed before he left - he was outstanding.

Paul kept in contact with me throughout the day updating me on when he would be arriving. He inspected the garage door, springs, and the opener and came up with ideas on how to repair/ replace the unit. He provided 3 options and gave honest details for each. He completed the work ahead of schedule and thoroughly explained the new unit. Paul did a great job!!

We had several issues with our garage door that were sometimes a hit or miss. Sometimes it worked, sometimes it didn’t… Sterling came out and was able to actually determine 3-4 serious issues with our door. We are so very happy to say that we now have a garage door that should no work for the next 20+ years. We honestly could not be happier with the response, the testing and the resolution and repair of our garage door!!!

I reschedule twice to have two garage doors replaced due to a delayed kitchen remodel project. This company was very professional handling the complexity. Moses then came and installed my new insulated doors in about 5 hours. The site was clean; the old debris removed; the installation professional; the hardware top shelf; the pricing great. The technician called to tell me he would arrive in approximately 30 minutes. He arrived within his estimate. He was polite and professional as he asked about the problems, and had me open and close the garage door so he could observe. Based on what I had told him, even before he observed the door working, he had zeroed in on the problem. I asked if the door should be oiled, and he said it was probably a good idea. He performed that task efficiently and tested the door. He didn't try to push additional services, and gave a realistic assessment of what I will probably need in the future based on the age of the opener, etc. I will certainly call Precision Garage Door whenever my door needs further work.

Great customer service!! I tried the original door installer to repair my broken lift spring, but they didn't call me back for almost a day, so I called your company. Fast and responsive service...on a very hot Saturday! Aramis replaced my rollers that were making a really loud scratching sound when we would open and close our garage door. After replacing the rollers with new ones my garage door is almost silent!! Mike Rogers did an excellent job installing our new Garage Door Opener. He also replaced our wheels, which run along the track to have our door run smoother. Precision’s service person, David, did a very thorough job repairing our garage door tensioner spring assembly. We were a little sticker shocked at the cost, but really can’t complain as that assembly is original to the house. So that’s 26-27 years. It David was very courteous, and clearly explained what was needed. I highly recommend David and Precision Garage Door
