Aramis replaced my rollers that were making a really loud scratching sound when we would open and close our garage door. After replacing the rollers with new ones my garage door is almost silent!! Then only noise I hear now is from my motor. Thank you Precision Door Services for an awesome experience with one of your techs! We would recommend anyone looking to have work done in their garage door to give them a call.

Mike Rogers did an excellent job installing our new Garage Door Opener. He also replaced our wheels, which run along the track to have our door run smoother. He adjusted our spring for proper operation. He explained everything in detail for our satisfaction. I would recommend your service to any one of my neighbors and tell them to ask for Mike Rogers.

Mike delivered excellent service He actually was here about 20 minutes early - but was able to replace the springs, and door opener. I was impressed that he had everything on the truck. I enjoyed talking with him as he worked - and loved that he is great family man and loves Jesus.

Five on Technician and quality but 3(-) on call center handling issue and appt date. When called on issue told one thing and they then called back to say another in 5 minutes. Never got a reschedule to morning and show Technician to come out Sunday evening instead of early Morning morning. Confusing. Supposely 24hours & Tech on duty?? When asked to speak to owner as web says got run around and should talk to manager and when I asked if Pat the owner was manager told no, so responded why talk to him when clearly addresses he wants to know. No answer. Polite and finished. Think needs to be better scrip in data call center on escalation and what owner of business says!

After checking out the local businesses and their reviews, I decided to schedule an appointment Precision Door Services. Within 30 minutes of submitting the request online, I got a call to schedule a time that best works out for me. I needed a new opener and rollers. the technician was very accommodating, and not pushy. Very straight to the point, he didn't waste any time trying to sell me unnecessary products. They use quality openers and I am very happy with the product and service.

Garage door spring snapped late last night and I called Precision Garage Doors right away. Not that it was an absolute emergency but they take phone calls 24/7. Good to know you can call them any time no matter what! They gave me an appointment 8:00 the next morning. Mike (the Technician) diagnosed other issues, clearly explained what was going on and what needed attention and then promptly repaired it. Mike was also friendly and personable.
