Phillip did a terrific job for us. He inspected the old components and took the time to clearly explain his findings. He then presented us with two options. We chose to have the garage door opener, springs, rollers and drum replaced. The work was completed in about two and a half hours. He then took time to explain the operation and features of the new system. All questions were addressed. We highly recommend Percision!

The repairs to the garage door/Liftmaster were done by Phillip, he was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. The initial problem, broken spring, was fixed along with replacement of worn parts (rollers and end bearing plates). He gave us instructions for remote controls and regarding the loss of power and manual feature, which I tried and was pleased to know I will be able to do this. We had to wait till the evening for the service appointment, but it was worth it not to have to worry and I can get my car out of the garage now, Thank you and Phillip too.

Philip was courteous, friendly, and above all, professional. He made the needed repairs and tests. He went beyond the minimum by installing a larger wire to handle the digital signals and he secured the control pad on the wall. I would like to have his service again some time. Phillip Nguyen was very professional and did a great work repairing our garage door. He fixed everything that needed to get fixed in about an hour. After he was done with the repairs he took the time to go over with me to make sure everything was properly working. Philip the technician did a great job programming my multiple remote garage door openers and doing routine maintenance with the garage door itself, which has always operated well since Precision stalled it six years ago. My less than 5 star review relates to the very excessive charge to replace 12 green rollers, which I am not even sure was actually needed. The invoice said that the 12 four inch rollers cost $374.16 ($37.41 each) plus tax. When I looked up the actual cost of them at Amazon, the prices quoted were less than $25 ($2.59 each) for ten nylon rollers, or less than $41 ($4 each). The ones at Home Depot were similarly priced at about $2 to $4 each. Precision seems to be charging about ten times what these rollers cost elsewhere My advice would be to get the excellent techs from Precision to do the installation, but to first order the exact same materials needed from other places, for them to use.
