The repairs to the garage door/Liftmaster were done by Phillip, he was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. The initial problem, broken spring, was fixed along with replacement of worn parts (rollers and end bearing plates). He gave us instructions for remote controls and regarding the loss of power and manual feature, which I tried and was pleased to know I will be able to do this. We had to wait till the evening for the service appointment, but it was worth it not to have to worry and I can get my car out of the garage now, Thank you and Phillip too.

Phillip Nguyen was very professional and did a great work repairing our garage door. He fixed everything that needed to get fixed in about an hour. After he was done with the repairs he took the time to go over with me to make sure everything was properly working. He gave me some tips about the regular maintenance to the garage door to extend the life of it. Price was fair and he did an excellent job. We are 100% satisfied with the services. I called for a broken spring, and while the Tech. was polite and courteous, the flat rate pricing was excessive. I was quoted $ 1200 plus dollars for this simple repair. I decided not to do the work, and pay the service charge. I found another company who did the repair of 2 springs and 4 track rollers for $ 350.00 on a Sunday.

My door closing sensors were never aligned correctly, and Sometimes I couldn’t adjust them to get the door to close. Using the website chat function, I was quickly an,e to set up an appointment. Phillip called to let me know when he would arrive, was polite, knowledgeable and fast. He replaced the sensors, taught me how to lubricate the door, springs, and track, and was done within 30 minutes. Great job and great service!

Your people replaced the garage door mechanism some years ago and installed the device to open the door from outside (which I have found very helpful). It was this device that needed a new battery which, when one of my daughters removed the old battery also removed a small part of one of the connectors. I was very favorably impressed with Philip's manners and expertise; I, however, found the service a bit expensive.
