Found Precision Door Service in the Diamond Certified Directory. Extremely impressed with their service and professionalism. Very easy to schedule an appointment. The repair man, Sameh, called our home on his way over and he arrived within the expected time window. Our garage door opener had stopped working, so we had no idea whether it could be repaired or had to be replaced. Sameh did an excellent job of explaining the issue to us and providing us with several options on how to proceed. We decided to go with a new garage door opener, and he was able to completely install it (by himself!) within 2 hours. It works great and he cleaned up the entire area before leaving. I will definitely use Precision Door for any future issues that I have with my garage door, and I would highly recommend them.

My serviceman, Sameh Tamimi, was professional as well as personable. He assessed my needs efficiently and explained my options. Unfortunately, I need a panel that might not be readily available, as my garage door appear to have been custom made (by previous owner). Sameh was understanding and willing to put the effort into researching to find if your company can locate a properly sized panel. Sameh was more than patient with me as he educated me on what my "situation" entailed. We called on Sunday (Memorial weekend) for a cable repair on our Genie Pro Garage Door. Tyler, fabulous operator scheduled our job for that every afternoon and when "Dale" arrived, we couldn't have asked for a more pleasant individual! Very happy with the service and that my garage door is now fixed. However, I was very surprised by the cost of $399 for labor charges. Total cost was $773 with parts and he wasn’t here more than an hour and half. But the service was top notch.
