Called today to schedule a repair for a dysfunctional garage door opener. Within minutes had a time schedule, the name of the technician, price estimate, and very pleasant service. John, the technician, called to let us know when he would arrive. He arrived promptly with a great smile and professional demeanor. He "diagnosed" the issue, corrected the issue, tested and re-tested to validate the fix was good and explained the situation to my understanding. THANK YOU, JOHN, for providing us with an operational garage door opener!!!

The garage door was installed by San Jose Garage Door (your company I believe)about 14 years ago. The mortoe had finally burned out. The tech said the door itself was still in great condition so jhe reoplacve the motor, rail, etc, and readjusted the door, after he was finished, two hrs. later the only evidence that he had been here was asuper quiet smooth running garage door. Great Job!!!

Precision Door Service was prompt and courteous when we called. They did not push us for emergency repair, instead we asked if it was an option. They were able to send a technician out within a couple hours, phone ahead notification was timely and the service was excellent. Paulino walked us through the entire process and made suggestions, there was no agenda. Very impressed with the technicians knowledge of the mechanics of our overhead garage door.

Precision sent Cory the same day I called. He came and was so helpful! He figured out the problem and started with the least expensive fix, which worked! He was very pleasant and explained options. I never felt he was rushing to get to the next job.
