yes very happy- installer Mike was top notch. Your gal on the phone setting up appointment very nice. She told me on the phone if I got unit installed, I would get half off service call price which I don't see on bill. Was she wrong?

Very happy with the service and that my garage door is now fixed. However, I was very surprised by the cost of $399 for labor charges. Total cost was $773 with parts and he wasn’t here more than an hour and half. But the service was top notch. Doubt at that price I would recommend your company as everyone I’ve talked to says that was way to high. Sincerely, Donna

Five Stars for Technician Chad. He expertly assessed the problem with my old garage door opener and gave me several options to solve the problem. He did a great job answering all my questions. He replaced my 21 y.o. door opener with a new screw drive opener. It works perfectly. I am very happy with the outstanding service, professionalism and outcome of Precision and their excellent Technician, Chad Wolffe.

My garage door was shut and wouldn't open, with my car inside. I phoned Precision and an employee came very quickly and completely replaced all the hardware, which was 25 years old. I was scarcely inconvenienced at all.

Doug came out the same day and was extremely professional and courteous. He concluded quickly that the door manufactured by "Overhead Door" company was not repairable with the hardware he carried without significant alteration to the design. Recommended either getting a new door or get the original hardware. You cannot dream of a better service these day and age. Highly recommend these guys!!!
