This is an outstanding company with exceptional service. From the very first point of contact to the completion of the job they are entirely professional. It’s not often you deal with a company that knows how to do business like Precision Door. I feel so lucky I found them when my garage door came crashing down. I first called the company that installed the door. They weren’t able to come out until the next day….so I called someone who sounded good. That was Precision. My appointment was swiftly set up for the same day. Confirmation was immediately sent by email and a time slot was given. The gentleman coming to repair my door, Paul Brinkman, called and let me know exactly when he would arrive. He was here exactly when he said. Paul saw the problem (which wasn’t straightforward) and readily thought through how to tackle it. He was totally professional and explained what he was going to do. I was amazed at how quickly and expertly he got the job done. In addition, he was very personable. It was like having a good neighbor over to help. Besides, Paul, as a cat lover, reached out to my kitty and my cat gave him his seal of approval by allowing Paul to hold him. Doesn’t get much better than that! Without hesitation, I would highly recommend Precision.

Phillip did a terrific job for us. He inspected the old components and took the time to clearly explain his findings. He then presented us with two options. We chose to have the garage door opener, springs, rollers and drum replaced. The work was completed in about two and a half hours. He then took time to explain the operation and features of the new system. All questions were addressed. We highly recommend Percision!

Technician was courteous but trying to sell me snake oil????. Told me that my bearings need replacement because of my failed spring. That's BS. Coated springs? Another upcharge! Oh, my rollers are bad, really? And my opener is old and needs to be looked at? What a croc! $950 estimate for a broken spring? You are out of your f....g mind. Had to pay $70 for telling me this crap? I want my money refunded or I will let Social Media know about your unethical tactics. BTW, had the spring replaced today, $300????.

Called for an appointment on Monday, and Joel Flores was here Tuesday morning. He replaced the Auto-lock which was under warranty, so only labor and service charges. He explained everything, replaced the lock, lubed everything, and was in and out in a nice short time frame. He was great, and now the lock is working again, couldn't be happier.

The springs broke on my garage door. When I called about getting someone out to fix the problem, I was so happy to be able to get an appointment for the next day. I looks like Precision Door has quite a few technicians, so they can provide service quickly. The man that showed up, Joel, was friendly, courteous, and very knowledgeable. He changed the springs, cables and end bearings in about 1.5 hours. Very efficient. I won't hesitate to call Precision Door for any issues or maintenance needed in the future.

Ismael Lopez came when expected after a notifying phone call. He explained and showed me the needed repairs. He completed them in the time expected and also replaced one failing keypad and fixed the second. He provided us with an additional remote and connected all systems to they worked.
