Garage door spring broke into two pieces last nite at 9pm Call Precision Garage door at 910pm, they answered my call immediately and set me up for a technician to come and fix it on Friday (11/11 Veteran's day) between 8am to noon. Got a call from technician telling me the exact time that he will show up Technician Rafael showed up on time, very professional and quick. He replaced my broken garage door springs and tuned my door I am so happy with his work! Big thank you to Rafael and Precision Garage Door Thanks

our garage door broke on a Saturday and needed to get it repaired before Monday. Called several places that wouldn't do any work during the weekend despite the fact they say 24/7. But Precision door responded and provided a timeslot the next day. the technician James called before arriving letting us know he was on his way. He was very knowledgeable. Saw the issue right away and told us the time it'd take to fix it. He was right on. He's also advised to change the rollers which we did. All in all the experience was great. didn't have to worry about technician not showing up or not having the needed parts,... Also James was very professional explaining everything in detail. We'd highly recommend the company and James in particular.
