I chose Precision because I had seen their ad on TV. Their website said they we open 24 hours and I needed my garage door fixed immediately. The appointment was set for the next morning; Raul called to tell me he was on his way, he arrived early, was friendly, professional and got right to work. Pricing was a little high, but he did replace a lot of things. He was done in about 3 hours and I now have a new and quiet garage door opener. All in all I was very happy with my experience with Precision.

The charge was twice the quoted value. The quote was $380 and the charge was more than $800. This bait and switch is not fair or legal. You should give me a fair refund.

This is one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. The tech inspected the garage door and gave three options in the order of cost that would require to fix it. He could not provide the exact reason for the malfunctioning of the door. First option he gave had a quick change of programming required which he boasted as if the door is going to require a lot of effort and time to fix it. He spent less than 10 minutes in reprogramming and charged $335 for this. Extremely disappointed by this and would not recommend your company to anyone. I’m also going to post a public review.

Precision had installed my garage door in 2016 and it is still perfect. It was my very old opener that finally failed after 19 years and Precision was my go to for a replacement. Great same day service and the technician was sooooo nice and knowledgeable giving me all the options available. He did not try to upsell anything, but gave me the facts and figures and let me decide with no pressure at all! So refreshing to have trustworthy people to work with. Thank you Precision Door! I am beyond happy.

If I could give 10 stars I would ! I had a basic service call and from the beginning felt as if I was a valued customer. Very professional from the phone call making the appointment (and was offered same day service !)- to the call notifying me the tech was on his way. Both technicians were knowledgeable and explained what i needed and showed me things about my opener that would be good to know should I have an emergency. Then they did an excellent job putting on a trim on the bottom of the door that I needed - with PRECISION ! 10 star service !!

Paul was very friendly and professional. He explained everything as he went along. I was interested in how to keep the rollers lubricated and he showed me how and then showed me where to do the same thing with the hinges. Very helpful!! Returning 2015 Customer. Technician, Ian Rice, arrived in a timely fashion, was courteous, respectful of the property and worked efficiently. Our garage door issue was resolved perfectly, but it was an expensive repair, $1,800. The overall cost of springs, rollers, door alignment with some door upgrades was certainly more than I imagined, but the door performance is now excellent. The garage door is fully functional, quiet and actually operates better than when installed new.

Fast, efficient, and complete service in one visit. Antonio was really good! He knew his job, and had all the tools to get it done. He worked quickly and efficiently, and addressed my needs at every step in the process. Given the age of the opener I was using, and the wear and tear over the past 24 years, upgrading to a new opener and springs was what I needed. Antonio cleaned up as he went, so that when he was finished, he simply put his tools away and was able to drive away. It was a pleasure doing business with Precision Garage Door Service, and interacting with Antonio during the job. Thank you for your care and concern for your customers!

My springs and motor broke on my garage door. I called Precision Door and they came out within 2 hours! The website let me know who the technician was and he called to let me know when he would arrive. He was extremely knowledgeable and pointed out what needed replacement. He was able to complete the job in less than 3 hours! I had planned to replace my old opener with one with a back up battery because I could not open the door when the power was out to remove my car.
