I called for a broken spring, and while the Tech. was polite and courteous, the flat rate pricing was excessive. I was quoted $ 1200 plus dollars for this simple repair. I decided not to do the work, and pay the service charge. I found another company who did the repair of 2 springs and 4 track rollers for $ 350.00 on a Sunday.

Excellent service, from making the reservation to confirming the time the technician would be here to the efficient and informative repair. My door closing sensors were never aligned correctly, and Sometimes I couldn’t adjust them to get the door to close. Using the website chat function, I was quickly an,e to set up an appointment. Phillip called to let me know when he would arrive, was polite, knowledgeable and fast. He replaced the sensors, taught me how to lubricate the door, springs, and track, and was done within 30 minutes. Great job and great service!

Your people replaced the garage door mechanism some years ago and installed the device to open the door from outside (which I have found very helpful). It was this device that needed a new battery which, when one of my daughters removed the old battery also removed a small part of one of the connectors. I was very favorably impressed with Philip's manners and expertise; I, however, found the service a bit expensive.

I was very pleased with the technician Phillip Nguyen. He was very informative about what he was doing and he showed me what to do to maintain the moving parts of the door and opener. To me it was a little pricey but never having anything done to the door prior to today I have nothing to compare it to. I would deffenently recomend this company to anyone.

Philip showed up on time. After reviewing what might need to be done and why, he explained it in detail and answered all the questions I had. The drive , motor and spring replacements were done in the amount of time he had indicated and he showed me proper operation and explained the features of the product he installed and also covered recommended maintenance on the door itself as well as those things he had replaced.
