I purchased a $3,000 garage door opener with new springs and included a warranty for three years . We called to get a few items fixed under warranty . The person arrived and spent 45 minutes lubricating the channel and getting the key pad to work . No materials were needs . He presented a $250 bill which my wife had to pay . We are rejecting this charge as no one explained this when we made the call therefore we reject this charge

Precision had installed my garage door in 2016 and it is still perfect. It was my very old opener that finally failed after 19 years and Precision was my go to for a replacement. Returning 2015 Customer. Technician, Ian Rice, arrived in a timely fashion, was courteous, respectful of the property and worked efficiently. Our garage door issue was resolved perfectly, but it was an expensive repair, $1,800. The overall cost of springs, rollers, door alignment with some door upgrades was certainly more than I imagined, but the door performance is now excellent. The garage door is fully functional, quiet and actually operates better than when installed new.

I first heard of Precision Garage Door on a catchy TV commercial. I checked out the reviews and decided to give them a shot. Awesome service! Made a call Monday morning and a technician (Ian) came out in less than 2 hours! He did a full inspection, replaced my springs, and fixed my sagging door. He was very professional and kept me in the loop of any findings. Definitely recommended!
