Wow! What a great experience working with your company and with your technician Joel. I found you in Home Concepts on Sunday, called you on Monday, and my garage door was repaired on Tuesday. Joel was communicative, professional, and a pleasure to work with. He evaluated the situation, talked me through three different options, and didn't try to upsell me, which is so appreciated. Kevin showed up shortly after I called. Because I have a heavy wood door, I took his recommendation to install an opener that could handle the weight. He was very efficient and installed everything perfectly. He explained how the opener operates and left the area very clean. I liked his confidence that the job would go well -- and it did. I was told to expect Paul but a guy named Kevin came instead and he told me he's only been working there for 3 months. He finished replacing both springs in 30 minutes but the door was very noisy. I asked him to lubricate the springs/door he said that would be an extra $199. I was charged $950 for replacing the springs, I feel that that should be included, it's just courtesy!

The visit was not helpful. He wasn’t even here 10 minutes for an opinion of what he could do or not do. So I had to pay the full service charge since he didn’t do a thing. I couldn’t get the 50% off I was hoping for. I won’t call you guys again. The bottom of the garage door in the center needs to be cut off a little or the cement in the middle of the garage floor needs to be grilled down. Not something your company can do.

Very very expensive and up sell by the company. I had my torsion spring to be replaced and they suggested adding a few more things such as cable, drums, rollers, center plate etc. I agreed since I thought it was good to have it anyway. The quote came out at 1600+.! It was pretty high I thought but didn't do a check to see what it costs since I thought the company was honest based on the 5 star reviews in Google. But soon after the work started, I did a quick online search for the part cost and also read many Yelp reviews and was shocked to see how much these people over charge customers. Overall parts cost for fairly higher end parts comes out a little under 300 dollars. Adding an hour of labor, it should have been in the ball park of 500 dollars. Whereas the company charged 3x. A total rip-off and I greatly repent my decision of going ahead without doing a bit of diligence . Suggest others to be aware of what you get into with this company.

My garage door spring broke and I needed to get it fixed right away. I chose Precision because they answered the phone right away (rather than having me leave a message) and they were able to send someone out the same day. The mechanic who replaced the spring, Joel, was very professional and friendly. He called when he was on his way and showed up in a nice truck. Even though I had an odd-sized door that was 20 years old, he had all the parts with him. The experience from start to finish told me that this is a well-run, customer oriented company. I can not comment on the price because I did not comparison shop, but it seemed reasonable.

Mario was wonderful! He came out on Mother's Day, assessed the issue, gave me an estimate of the cost for a few different options and did a GREAT job. I am so appreciative of his efforts. It isn't comfortable to be trapped inside because the garage door couldn't be safely opened.
