Terrible experience! Stay away from Paulino M and this company. I could barely understand what he was talking about. He made a poor problem diagnosis and suggested replacing the springs, rollers, pulleys, and wires to fix my garage door problem. After I paid him $1700, the door could not close. He told me then that I need to replace the opener and left me with the problems that he did not diagnose at the beginning. So I paid for the things that were totally unnecessary. He is using his hammer loosely, hit the door trim twice unnecessarily and broke it. Terrible. Terrible!. How these people qualify to work? Stay away from this place, don't take their quote and diagnosis. Totally unqualified! Zero stars.

This company is amazing. Once discovering our broken malfunctioning garage door, we called Precision based on other reviews and they were right on. They understood the problem and were there to repair it on a Sunday no less. Mario, our service tech was knowledgeable and courteous and understood the issue. He offered us various choices of repair and once we selected what we thought was best, he was on it!!! He repaired it perfectly and it works better and quieter than the original door. We're thrilled with the repair and this company and Mario. Don't hesitate to call them. I feel so blessed I found a reputable, honest and trustworthy company . The Best!!!

I’m happily sitting in my car after going to church, which required me to open and close my garage door then open and close it again when I came home. Your technician, Mario, came to my house this afternoon to repair my inconsistently operating garage door. An excellent experience overall. When our garage door crashed down on a Saturday we thought our cars might be trapped inside over the weekend. However our immediate telephone contact led to a same-day appointment. The serviceman (Joel) arrived on time and quickly completed a comprehensive repair. He explained our need, gave an acceptable estimate, and kept us fully informed as he proceeded. By the time he departed, we thought of him as friend. Full marks, all round.

We had several issues with our garage door that were sometimes a hit or miss. Sometimes it worked, sometimes it didn’t… Sterling came out and was able to actually determine 3-4 serious issues with our door. We are so very happy to say that we now have a garage door that should no work for the next 20+ years. The technician arrived early morning, was very enthusiastic and quickly installed the new door hardware. The main problem is the technician did not know how to adjust the hardware so the door could be opened by one person. The spring pressure was not enough to mostly help open the door. I finally had to show/convince him to increase the tension on the springs to allow one to open the door. This a very large door and not probably typical to what the technician normally runs into.

It's been a very long time since I witnessed an employee enjoying his job as much as Joel. For 3 hrs he worked away whistling all the while. Very refreshing to say the least. Joel was very knowledgeable in all aspects of the endevor and explained everything explictly. Your drop down option did not let me select more than one option. But the equiptment also included new springs, new rollers, remotes/keypad and cables.

Fabulous service! We called on a Saturday afternoon when our garage door spring broke. Our technician Gavin came out early Sunday morning. For about 2weeks now, the garage opener start having a loud clicking noise when it goes up. Thank you Paul Brinkman. Came out on Labor day, spotted the problem right away and replaced the center bearing plate right away. 2weeks of worrying gone in a blink of an eye.

I needed a replacement backup battery for my Liftmaster garage door opener. An appointment was available the next day, within a 4-hour window. I was told the technician would call about 15 minutes before his arrival. I didn't get a call, and just happened to look out my front window - the truck was parked in my neighbor's driveway across the street! I walked over and said um... I think you're at the wrong house. :-) Happy that he showed up in the early part of that 4-hour window, and the job was finished quickly. I expected to pay more for the part than if I ordered it myself, but it was 4 times the cost of what I would have paid at Home Depot or Amazon. That seems a bit extreme, but happy to get it fixed.
