I’ve used Precision for several years for garage door maintenance This time my old remote quit working. Thought it would be a simple fix , but it wasn’t and the technician explained the choices I had and did the repairs right then. I have always been pleased with your work and will continue to use Precision in the future

The very old garage door opener stopped working. Brandon diagnosed and fixed the promblem promptly. He replaced the garage door opener, the spring, two bearings and one hinge. The springs broke on my garage door. When I called about getting someone out to fix the problem, I was so happy to be able to get an appointment for the next day. I looks like Precision Door has quite a few technicians, so they can provide service quickly. The man that showed up, Joel, was friendly, courteous, and very knowledgeable. He changed the springs, cables and end bearings in about 1.5 hours. Very efficient. I won't hesitate to call Precision Door for any issues or maintenance needed in the future.

Ismael Lopez came when expected after a notifying phone call. He explained and showed me the needed repairs. He completed them in the time expected and also replaced one failing keypad and fixed the second. He provided us with an additional remote and connected all systems to they worked. Very fast, efficient service, if a little expensive. I called on a Tuesday and the springs, cable, rollers, etc. were all replaced in short order on Wednesday. The technician arrived early in the appointment window and finished the job in under two hours. Can't thank Pat Pendergrass enough for the help, advice and professionalism of his work. Only a few days before Christmas we had myriad of issues going on at my elderly father's home. Fixing a garage door that wasn't opening was the least of my worries, but was an issue that quickly needed to be addressed. Pat gave me reasonable options on how he could go about fixing, ultimately deciding replacing the opener altogether was the best bang for my buck. This is the second time we have had Precision install a garage door opener for us and both times we have been extremely happy. The first was to replace an old unit and the second time was to install one on a new workshop roll up door.
