I placed the repair request Sunday evening. Monday morning the installer called me advising me that he was on the way. He arrived promptly at 9:00 a.m. He evaluated the condition of the garage door and the garage door opening mechanism. After that, he gave me an honest appraisal of the recommended work that should be performed. He replaced the garage door opener, the door rollers, and generally serviced the garage door. The installer was very polite and extremely efficient in the performance of his work.

What can I say. They where on time, friendly, knew what they where doing. I felt for all the work they had to do the price was was good. Before work was started I was given three quotes. Before the young man left everything was cleaned up and he answered all our questions. Yes we would use them again.

I've been getting your commercials on radio and TV for weeks now and when my garage for failed on Friday, knowing that it was at least passed any warrantee I just called PGD. Your service man was here the next day and knew exactly what to do to replace mine that had provided better than 25 yeas of faithful service. He was pleasant and efficient and explained every step in the process. Only Issue I have with your service is that he didn't leave an invoice or copy of my paid receipt. In stead he said one would be sent by email and when it came by email the next day in order for me to get a copy it meant installing another program and being 84 and not being a computer whiz could to get a receipt and had to call in and request one be sent by the US mail, and I am still waiting for its arrival.

We have been Precision Door a customer since 2000 which included two new garage doors - the 1st was to replace the original on the house, new door opener, and maintenance as needed. We have been 5 Star customers from then to today when they come out to replace the door opener. The products are superior, the installlers/service technicians are knowledgeable and professional. They arrive on time, the work is completed in timely manner. When on occasion we have interacted with the ofice staff they have been great too. Whether we have needed their services on a scheduled or emergency basis - they have been there for us.We have recommended Precision to our friends and neighbors, and will never use anyone else!

I had a previous visit and was happy with it. When my opener started having problems I called the company. They sent out a very competent technician and he did the instalation. He was very friendly and answered all my question. I would let him work on my opener anytime.

He inspected the garage door, springs, and the opener and came up with ideas on how to repair/ replace the unit. He provided 3 options and gave honest details for each. What an outstanding job Paul Brickman did with our 37-year-old failing garage door and intermittent opener/mechanism! The original opener was installed when we built our home, with minimum to no maintenance done thereafter. I'm so pleased that I found “Precision Garage Door Co. in our Santa Clara “Diamond Certified Directory” They set up an appointment for the very next day. Paul, our technician, arrived at our home on time and explained what needed to be done either for a temporary fix or to replace the mechanism completely with all the new parts needed. Paul took the time to show me the worn-out parts, explain why they should be replaced and to answer all the technical questions I had. My wife and I agreed to do the project the “RIGHT WAY” and Paul got started. He had all the necessary parts on his truck without going back to the warehouse. When he had finished the installation, Paul took the time to explain to my wife and me the operation and safety features of the newly installed opener. I’m sure our repair took longer than he expected as he left around 11:15 PM. I would unquestionably recommend “Precision Garage Door Co” to anyone needing garage door repairs. Service was excellent! Jose Brizuela was very professional. He showed up on time, assessed the issues with my door, and explained the steps for the repair. He provided a couple of quotes for different levels of repair, and completed the job on time. He also left the space clean. Jose replaced the door rollers, cables, cable wheels and bearings, lubricated and adjusted everything. I'm very happy with the service. The only reason I did not give five stars, is because of the price. I believe the cost was a bit expensive, but I guess everything these days is very costly.
