Technician was supposed to arrive between 8-12. He called at 12:30 saying that he would arrive at 1. Once it was determined that our garage door opener needed replacement, the installer sold us the most expensive opener without offering any options. It would have been better if he had been on time and provided an option of openers instead of immediately jumping to the most expensive. I would not recommend this company to friends/family. Installation was done competently.

Called Precision on a Saturday afternoon and a technician (Dale) was there on Sunday at 9:00am. Dale sized up the problem, provided an estimate an repaired the door in less than an hour. He also gave me some pointers on keeping the system in good working condition, very happy with the service.

Generally a good choice. They are able to get hard to find motors with the latest features, and accessories. Routine installs or upgrades go smoothly. Complex or non-standard installation of less common parts (e.g. automatic locks), may be refused by some techs. That isn’t a problem if you are able to install the pieces yourself, but picky mechanically challenged customers may not be happy.

John did an excellent job on our garage door. He was prompt and was here within the half hour after calling us. Our cables had snapped and the Door Spring broke. He replaced them all in less than an hour.

Fast and very professional service. They tracked down the difficult to find liftmaster 8550WL which is the latest variant of the motor listed as 8550W. Glad I opted for the spring replacement, since the bearings were discovered to be frozen and had to be replaced too. Highly recommended for those who want the best.

As a retired carpenter I noticed the professionalism when I called. The dispatcher was very thorough. I told her the springs broke and we couldn't get the car out of the garage.She made an appt the next day. When Cory showed up we decided to replace the old wooden doors with new steel ones. Very happy with the service and that my garage door is now fixed. However, I was very surprised by the cost of $399 for labor charges. Total cost was $773 with parts and he wasn’t here more than an hour and half. But the service was top notch. Doubt at that price I would recommend your company as everyone I’ve talked to says that was way to high. Sincerely, Donna

Springs replaced on garage door. Price was identical to what was quoted over phone. Repair person Chad was very professional and courteous and completed the work much quicker than I expected.
