Garage door spring snapped late last night and I called Precision Garage Doors right away. Not that it was an absolute emergency but they take phone calls 24/7. Good to know you can call them any time no matter what! They gave me an appointment 8:00 the next morning. Mike (the Technician) diagnosed other issues, clearly explained what was going on and what needed attention and then promptly repaired it. Mike was also friendly and personable. Thanks to Mike and Precision Garage Doors for the great work and help!
