I had a new garage door installed. The installer left without realizing he broke one side of the sensor lights. I called the office and asked for him to come back and fix it. He never came. I called a second time and the person on the phone told me to just go buy a sensor myself on Amazon. The garage door is nice. But the customer service is greatly lacking.

One of the overhead springs holding our garage door broke, with the car locked in. Jerry from Precision Garage Door arrived the *same day* I called within just a few hours and fixed the problem quickly by replacing both the broken spring and the other one. Jerry was extremely friendly, gave me options, and answered all my questions. Beyond just fixing the problem, Jerry exceeded my expectations by giving the garage door a quick lube and now it operates much quieter. He also replaced the J connector with a more compact one which gives my low-ceiling garage greater clearance -- a nice little upgrade that a professional eye may spot immediately, while I didn't even know it's a possibility. Overall, Jerry not only the problem, but he also made the garage door work even better than it did before it broke. The only reason I give 4 rather than 5 stars is that the repair was overall rather pricey, at $520 (for 2 springs and a few smaller parts). I suppose this is a company pricing policy rather than Jerry's, but I think this is on the higher end of the price range for such a repair.

Jerry did a great job in fixing a garage door that wouldn't open. He assured me that the door itself and the rails were well-installed, and that I wouldn't need a new motor after proper springs were installed. And he was right.

Paul Brinkman responded to my call for repair of my garage door yesterday. He was prompt, on time (within the allotted window and early if I may say so...). He presented me with several repair options and their cost and I made a decision to go with the middle option as his advice seemed good. He hammered (literally...) out the repair in 1 and a half hours. He did a great job and your phone number is taped to my garage wall...thanks.... (ps. I'm trying to get a Yelp review going, but am having problems which I should solve soon...)

I had my garage door serviced yesterday but was not able to complete the review due to software issues. Don’t have the service persons name, however, he provided excellent service. My garage door was not opening, but instead made a struggling sound and to no avail. Jerry from your company came out the same day and immediately recognized that it was a sensor alignment problem that he fixed within a few moments of time, while also showing me how to make the simple adjustment myself if it were to happen again. As he was already here, he showed me other possibilities of making the door run safer and smoother, revealing the cost of those items, but with no pressure for me to make those changes. He was attentive to detail and adjusted a few other places needing tweaking or attention, while explaining the purpose to me of the areas he gave his attention to. It was a pleasure meeting him. I wish I had done my homework before purchasing my garage door opener 7 years ago, and gone with your company who I had never called, as I was working them and didn't find the time. 5 stars for your company and 5 stars for your employee, Jerry!

We had The service rep Alex K out to our home location not only was he on time and super polite. He was incredibly helpful. He made sure I knew everything that was happening and what work he was doing. Garage door spring gave out on Saturday evening, my car was trapped. One call to Precision Sunday morning, Alex comes on time Sunday afternoon as promised. My garage door is fixed Sunday, working great, and my garage is clean like no one was ever there. Alex of Precision is my garage door hero!
