My garage door was jammed in the open position and would not budge and it was 1:55PM here on Thursday 6/25. I called Precision Garage Door Repair and Priscilla answered the phone. I told here I was in a jackpot because I could not close the door (even the manual latch would not work) and I was facing the possibility the door would be stuck open overnight. She was so sweet and said not to worry, a technician would show up between 4-6PM today. Technician Jerry Parker called me at 2:30PM and said he'd be here at 2:45PM. I could not have had a better technician. Jerry immediately fixed the problem and did a normal service call that tuned up both of my doors so they now work better than ever. He also "coached me up" so I'm much more knowledgable about my equipment. ???????????????????? across the board for this outstanding service organization !!

I called Precision due to seeing their commercials on TV recently. When my roll-up door spring broke I figured I would give them a try. I called in the morning and the technician who came out was James Walker. He called to let me know he was on his way. Arrived when he said he would and was friendly. He got right to work. I needed two new springs and three bearings. I'm really not sure if these technicians mind being "watched" while they are working, but I watched James the entire time mainly out of curiosity. I must say, James knew his stuff. He worked fast, but safely, and had my entire job done in just about one hour. He told me he was a trainer for the "new guys" and it was obvious why. He is damn good at what he does and when you watch him work it is obvious. My only concern was the cost of the bearings. $125 each (x's 3) seemed a bit too high as they are nothing special. I can't imagine the cost is very high on them. Even still, I was happy my door was fixed and paid the bill without hesitation. I would definitely consider using Precision in the future. Thanks guys!

We found you through a Google search for local garage door repair companies. We had a previous repair done by a smaller company out of Morgan Hill, and weren't very satisfied with the price or the work done. We are very satisfied by the repair done by Brandon from your company, and appreciate his advice about the issues with our garage door (we are renting, so the damage is all pre-existing). He did a great job fixing the current issue and tuning the door up, and we will recommend your company to our landlord for the long-term replacement and service on this garage door. BTW, your phone lines did not work very well for trying to make contact to schedule an appointment. Perhaps because of the COVID issues and limited phone answering resources (Brandon did mention that you are super busy right now when I asked). I found your website's Chat option to work much better, and that's how I made the same-day appointment for service. Thank you very much.

I called for a broken spring, and while the Tech. was polite and courteous, the flat rate pricing was excessive. I was quoted $ 1200 plus dollars for this simple repair. I decided not to do the work, and pay the service charge. I found another company who did the repair of 2 springs and 4 track rollers for $ 350.00 on a Sunday.

Thank you Amario for fixing our garage door. He was on time, polite, wore gloves and a mask. He was able to quote the damage for repairs and it was a very fair price. He was able to fix it in about 20 or 30 mins in 91 degree heat- it was way hotter in the garage. He was just so pleasant and listened to the problem and relayed a situation that made sense. He was also able to reinforce the hardware to make our door more secure and I think safer. We have two cats and two kids. Safety is so important to me- nevermind I squished the door on an empty wagon. At least I know who will do a great job!!

My door closing sensors were never aligned correctly, and Sometimes I couldn’t adjust them to get the door to close. Using the website chat function, I was quickly an,e to set up an appointment. Phillip called to let me know when he would arrive, was polite, knowledgeable and fast. He replaced the sensors, taught me how to lubricate the door, springs, and track, and was done within 30 minutes. Great job and great service!

I was having problems with a 22 year old garage door opener. I called this morning and I was given an appointment for this afternoon. Mario Mojica was prompted and explained I needed a new opener and spring and gave me an estimate for replacement. He installed everything and explained how to use the wall and remote opener. Your people replaced the garage door mechanism some years ago and installed the device to open the door from outside (which I have found very helpful). It was this device that needed a new battery which, when one of my daughters removed the old battery also removed a small part of one of the connectors. I was very favorably impressed with Philip's manners and expertise; I, however, found the service a bit expensive.
