Ok, so I called Precision Garage Door because they had a nice website and guaranteed a prompt response. So I call and phone is answered by a very nice woman named Ashley?. She books Paulino to come to our home same day. He shows up on time, has fixed thousands of garage doors before and quickly figures out the problem with our garage door and garage opener system. Door works great. Happy to recommend Precision to friends and neighbors.

One of the best service experiences I have had! Mike was on time, nice guy and clearly very experienced in fixing garage doors. I called because internet ad said fast service, but the whole experience including the nice girl on the phone, was great.

So I had never used Precision Garage Door before but my neighbor really like them, so I tried them. He said they were more professional and reliable than some other local companies. Well I agree! Mike the technician was on time, did good work, cleaned up after himself and explained everything. Now I will recommend Precsion.

Matt was such a nice guy for being such a big man. Everything was very professional in having out new garage door installed. People on the phone were helpful, the estimator was great and install was no hassles.
