Had the same guy for 3 appointments. His knowledge was average. His attitude was dismissive and condescending. He had no idea how to work MyQ which is a selling point to the garage motor I bought. He literally said "you're on your own" and wouldn't answer a single question. Next time I will go with a different company.

Be aware of their service charge. They said $35 beforehand, but it's actually $69.95. My door is too old to install an opener, and they charged me $69.95 after a few minutes of inspection.

One star--called ahead and arrived within time framework Garage door was opening and closing without any problem. I intended to purchase a new Lift Master, as the one I have cannot read new technology allowing me to program it for my new Lexus. I called and was expecting to pay $614 plus tax and labor to install. The worker would not install the Lift Master without new springs and bearings---cost $1,576.77.

I chatted online with Holly Y at Precision on the Friday afternoon before Memorial Day weekend about my garage door's antics and the need to have a pro check it out. Holly offered a time slot for the next morning, a Saturday, which wasn't convenient for me. I thought my next opportunity would be Tuesday after the long weekend, but Holly said she could have a technician come out on Sunday morning. I was very (pleasantly) surprised to have a tech come out on a Sunday! Sunday morning Mario Mojica, the technician, called about a half hour before he arrived to make sure that would be a convenient time. Mario was professional and courteous and fixed the problem easily and quickly. I definitely recommend Precision to anyone whose garage door needs attention.

Mario called about 30 minutes of arrival. He checked over my problem and said a bracket was bent and broken and that 10 rollers were not doing their job. He replaced all 10 of them and the bracket and greased up the screw drive and hinges. He was neat, polite, and informed me exactly what the problem was. The door worked well after servicing and was noticeably more quiet when opening and closing. Job well done! You have a great employee. Thank you, Ken....

This is an outstanding company with exceptional service. From the very first point of contact to the completion of the job they are entirely professional. It’s not often you deal with a company that knows how to do business like Precision Door. I feel so lucky I found them when my garage door came crashing down. I first called the company that installed the door. They weren’t able to come out until the next day….so I called someone who sounded good. That was Precision. My appointment was swiftly set up for the same day. Confirmation was immediately sent by email and a time slot was given. The gentleman coming to repair my door, Paul Brinkman, called and let me know exactly when he would arrive. He was here exactly when he said. Paul saw the problem (which wasn’t straightforward) and readily thought through how to tackle it. He was totally professional and explained what he was going to do. I was amazed at how quickly and expertly he got the job done. In addition, he was very personable. It was like having a good neighbor over to help. Besides, Paul, as a cat lover, reached out to my kitty and my cat gave him his seal of approval by allowing Paul to hold him. Doesn’t get much better than that! Without hesitation, I would highly recommend Precision.

Phillip did a terrific job for us. He inspected the old components and took the time to clearly explain his findings. He then presented us with two options. We chose to have the garage door opener, springs, rollers and drum replaced. The work was completed in about two and a half hours. He then took time to explain the operation and features of the new system. All questions were addressed. We highly recommend Percision!

Technician was courteous but trying to sell me snake oil????. Told me that my bearings need replacement because of my failed spring. That's BS. Coated springs? Another upcharge! Oh, my rollers are bad, really? And my opener is old and needs to be looked at? What a croc! $950 estimate for a broken spring? You are out of your f....g mind. Had to pay $70 for telling me this crap? I want my money refunded or I will let Social Media know about your unethical tactics. BTW, had the spring replaced today, $300????.

Called for an appointment on Monday, and Joel Flores was here Tuesday morning. He replaced the Auto-lock which was under warranty, so only labor and service charges. He explained everything, replaced the lock, lubed everything, and was in and out in a nice short time frame. He was great, and now the lock is working again, couldn't be happier.
