It was a nice change in the service industry where often customer feels like being short changed and left with incomplete or inoperable products these days. Colin, a service technician from Precision Door Service, notified that he was on his way, and arrived on time, and completed the job with thorough, attention to detail, and superb job. I'd recommend Precision to my neighbors whose doors are about the same age and showing the need for replacement or repair. Great Job!

As a senior citizen I am wary of repair people so I was on my guard. Hector offered me 3 options to repair my garage. He did not pressure me at all. I took the best option because I don't like things to break and I want the repairs to last. He did the work and I gave him 5 stars.
