The very old garage door opener stopped working. Brandon diagnosed and fixed the promblem promptly. He replaced the garage door opener, the spring, two bearings and one hinge. He had all the parts required and did the job by himself in record time. The door now is very smooth or quiet when opening and closing it. Brandon is an awesome service engineer.

Thought it was a bit expensive for not replacing any parts and taking only 10-15 minutes to do. I could barely understand Mejia Paul. Am glad the door is fixed, however!

The springs broke on my garage door. When I called about getting someone out to fix the problem, I was so happy to be able to get an appointment for the next day. I looks like Precision Door has quite a few technicians, so they can provide service quickly. The man that showed up, Joel, was friendly, courteous, and very knowledgeable. He changed the springs, cables and end bearings in about 1.5 hours. Very efficient. I won't hesitate to call Precision Door for any issues or maintenance needed in the future.

Very fast, efficient service, if a little expensive. I called on a Tuesday and the springs, cable, rollers, etc. were all replaced in short order on Wednesday. The technician arrived early in the appointment window and finished the job in under two hours. Can't thank Pat Pendergrass enough for the help, advice and professionalism of his work. Only a few days before Christmas we had myriad of issues going on at my elderly father's home. Fixing a garage door that wasn't opening was the least of my worries, but was an issue that quickly needed to be addressed. Pat gave me reasonable options on how he could go about fixing, ultimately deciding replacing the opener altogether was the best bang for my buck. This is the second time we have had Precision install a garage door opener for us and both times we have been extremely happy. The first was to replace an old unit and the second time was to install one on a new workshop roll up door. Both times they arrived on time, were courteous, explained everything fully and completed the job in the time frame they promised. The staff both on the phone and in person were excellent.

The work was done neatly and on time. The only problem I had was that the outside control pad used to open and close the door was not working properly. I called your customer service and they said that they would contact the person, Paul Brinkman, who did the installation. Since it was in the evening and Paul had been working all day, I expected that the work would be done the next day. I was surprised when he called and said that he'd be over as soon as he finished the last scheduled job for that evening. Now there's a worker who is dedicated to his work and and his customers. He arrived that evening and did the necessary adjustments and all was well. It is so great to have a company with workers who show much pride in their work.

Overall, I was very pleased with my service and installer. However, I was disappointed when after the installer left, I discovered the Liftmaster WLED model (which I was told is high-end/quality) does not work with the built-in (homelink) buttons in my 2015 Ford Escape or the 2008 Ford Explorer. According to the liftmaster manual it may require another communication box which wasnt supplied. I had no problem with my 20 year old craftsman lift (before it broke). It just seems crazy to provide a product without this feature, or even check and resolve before leaving. Fortunately I paid for a second hand held controller, so I can use those for my two cars.
