Called today to schedule a repair for a dysfunctional garage door opener. Within minutes had a time schedule, the name of the technician, price estimate, and very pleasant service. John, the technician, called to let us know when he would arrive. He arrived promptly with a great smile and professional demeanor. He "diagnosed" the issue, corrected the issue, tested and re-tested to validate the fix was good and explained the situation to my understanding. The garage door was installed by San Jose Garage Door (your company I believe)about 14 years ago. The mortoe had finally burned out. The tech said the door itself was still in great condition so jhe reoplacve the motor, rail, etc, and readjusted the door, after he was finished, two hrs. later the only evidence that he had been here was asuper quiet smooth running garage door. Great Job!!!
