Thank you for a job well done! An exciting early morning for us- upon my husband‘s departure for work shortly before 7 AM, the garage door popped out of it‘s guide rails and tore some of the brackets away from the garage frame, twisted the rails and making for a lop-sided hanging door that would no longer budge nor close. Needless to say, unsettling if you can’t lock or leave your home! By 7:30AM I had made the appointment with Priscilla for same day service. Gabriel, our technician, called ahead and showed up as promised, assessed the damage ( one of the sorings had broken and caused things to jump out of the rails). The technician gave me 2 options, afterwhich he proceeded to replace the broken spring(s) , center bearing etc. Before noon our garage door was back to functioning as it should, including it’s glass panels still intact and in place, all joints and the main track freshly lubed as well as the alarm system still talking to the base.... Appreciated the clear options, the dialogue on eye level and not being up-sold something we did not need or budget for! Way to go- can only recommend the company and Gabriel was spot on, knowledgeable and courteous- MUCH OBLIGED!

The replacement of my broken torsion spring was timely, efficient, and of high quality. Mike R. was skilled and polite. His work was excellent. My only complaint is the price of replacement safety cables. Adding the cables would have added about $300 to my bill. A set of two cables costs only $8.98 at Home Depot. I would have trotted over there, bought a pair, and installed them before Mike arrived with the replacement spring had I been warned about the high price of cables through Precision.

Ken arrived within the specified time window - he was very polite and courteous. He replaced both torsion springs in our Martin up and over garage door and adjusted the tension to balance the door. It took much less time than I thought it would and he was careful, tidy and, most of all, very professional. Highly recommended.

There was a communication barrier between us.He either didn't understand what I was saying or didn't care.His main focus was to sell me something that I didn't think I needed.When I asked him why I needed it, he tried to change the subject.He felt totally untrustworthy to me, which is why I declined to have any additional work done.

Blake did an outstanding job. We had a 26 yr. old system in need of major repair. Blake laid out three different options for the work, including costs, warranties, and discounts. We opted for the complete repair and replacement of the system including two new remote controllers. Blake worked diligently and thoroughly with minimum clutter to our garage. His people skills and customer service were exceptionally high. He showed us how to operate the new system, and we were delighted with the smooth quiet operation, once installed. Blake also made strategic adjustments to the frame of the system to avoid wear and tear on the moving parts, the garage door itself, and improve alignment of the whole system. We would highly recommend Blake and Precision Door to anyone.

I had asked for a few things in the appointment I made: to help me close my garage door and for a price quote for a new door entirely as the one I currently have is shot. I was excited to have someone come out because it was a safety issue with my door being partially open and I definitely couldn't close it on my own. The woman I spoke to was amazing and helped me immensely. She understood the urgency of my request and got someone over the same day. She said the service to close the garage would be $49.95 but that was half off $24.95 (give or take a few pennies)..... YES! I thought that was a great price considering another company wanted to charge me $65.00. Unfortunately, that's when my great experience ended. The tech who came out to service my garage door and quote me on a new one tried to make me feel as though he was giving me all these great deals. "This is what I'm going to do for you." and so on and so on. My entire appt was like this. The more he talked the more shut down I became. I'm a woman, after all, I'm likely pretty stupid. He quoted me just under $3400.00 for a new door. I told him I couldn't afford that and wanted to look at something cheaper. My request went on deaf ears. He wasn't looking after my best interest but rather he just wanted to push a sale and when I told him I need to get other estimates he wasn't happy. My service fee went from $24.95 to $249.00. WHAT? To shut my garage door? He said if I purchased the door the service would be FREE. Now I'm pissed and want him out of my house. What a huge disappointment with my experience, especially since you are family owned and diamond certified. The end result. The tech was able to shut my door and didn't charge me. I'm not too sure why, but I thanked him and he was on his way. He definitely wasn't happy when he left. He looked more annoyed with me because I didn't order the door.

I called to have my garage door open. Unfortunately, the next availability was for the following day. My technician was Blake Zuniga. When he arrived in my home, he was very kind and friendly. He assessed my garage door. He gave me some options and asked which one I would like to do. Since, the company does not carry Wayne Dalton brand, Blake provided me some other brands they the company provides. Since getting a whole new garage was costly, he made every effort to repair my garage as best as he can. He took his time and was very patient.
