Your installer was here at my home, started to work, and then told me I had to replace both springs, I said I did not want to replace both just the one that was broken, he said he could not do it, I said the last guy that fixed my door about 4 to 5 years ago did, he said I will not do it, he said it was hazard. I told him what are you trying to do, nickel and dime me He got all huffy and said he did not like my attitude, and was going to leave. I told him that I called his company and they said they would fix my door, now fix it. He then told me that I need to replace a bushing, I looked at it and ask how much to replace, he told me and I said just put in the old one, it look good. He then said I will not guarantee the work, because I did not have him put in the bushing. He told me that I would get a 5 % discount because I am 80 years old. I am very active in business and look to live a long time and turn my business over to my two sons. I have owned a lot, yes a lot of Real Estate, and I will tell you that with the way this went about, I most likely will not call your company in the future I never received a written quote on the work to be done, the lady that that I spoke with on the the phone said it would be $175.oo to replace the broken spring. The bill was 430.oo I am not happy with what transpired. The gentleman who worked on my door, in my estimation, if he worked for me and spoke to one of customers, like he spoke to me, he would not be working for me very long. Your rating in my book is 2 One last question, does the workman make your company policy Your rating in my book is about a (2 ) two

Never used Precision before. Called out of the phone book on a Saturday because ad said a person answers your call 24/7 and they did. Very happy I did. Professional and experienced technician named Paulino was super. Great service!

Our parts are higher quality than those sold in retail stores and many are made especially for Precision Garage Door. Additionally it is quite expensive in California to run a service business that comes to your home. We incur costs for people to answer the phone, training our technicians for months, worker's compensation insurance, payroll taxes, truck expenses, advertising... I am glad your door is working well.

I needed a door company to come out asap because my door quit and I had to have it working to pass the housing authority inspection for section 8 rental. The technichen-MIke came the next day and confirmed that I needed a new motor. In 11/2 hrs i had a new opener,upgrated to code and I can ow get my inspection due to the quick response to my call. My regular door company couldn't come out to next week which wouldn't work for me since i need to fly back to Hawaii in 4 days. Mike the tech was great when he was here on the job. You guys will get my second opener in about a month. Thanks, Mike

Never used Precision before but found them on Angie's List. Called because they guaranteed that someone would answer my call 24/7 (they did on 2nd ring) and could do same day service anywhere in the bay area. Well, they did what they promised. Brandon shows up at my house on time after calling to tell me when to expect him and was a model for customer service. I looked at reviews before calling this company. The person who answered the phone was polite and efficient. The technician called first to give me the time he would arrive. He explained all the work that needed to be done. Malek was very professional and quick. You are not gambling when you call this company. I would highly recommend Precision.
