I am very happy with Precision again coming same day like they nice woman on the phone said they would and having all the parts needed to fix my garage door right then. Mike was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. No reason to risk calling someone else and who knows what kind of service and parts you get.

I can't think of a smoother, more thorough and agreeable company to work with. Tina runs a super office, booked me in the day after my call for service. The two men arrived on time and were super. One was a super pro and the other a super pro in training. I knew I was in good hands. They eliminated the little hic-cup, did a little tightening and lubing and our garage door in question was back to lifting and lowering with no hitches or knocks.

Everything and everyone was very professional. They send an email confirming appointment time and place right after we book the appointment, James our technician calls us ahead of time to let us know he is coming and shows up in the 2 hour window he said he would. He explains the work that needs to be done and the price and quickly gets our door working again. Highly recommend.
