You sent out a man to repair my garage door opener. After examining it thoroughly, he couldn't figure out what the problem was. So I paid him for his time and he left. Now I'm out $49.95 and I don't know any more than I did before he came here. That sucks!

I was happy to reimburse you the $49.95 service fee given the unique circumstances. Hope it is a quick fix for an electrician.

We needed a new garage door motor.Mike the tech recommended a PDS motor. We never heard of it but it really quiet and makes the door work smoothly.Good job.
