The service was great and it was fast. The door was stalling every time I opened it and it was getting quite frustrating. I called on a Saturday morning and they were actually able to get someone over that afternoon to not only look at it, but actually fixed the door while they were there by installing new springs and rollers. The job was completed quickly and expertly. No mess left behind and friendly cordial service. Thanks!

We found your company in the yellow pages. I checked out the websites of all other competitors and this company called my attention the most. I loved the fact that we were guaranteed an appointment the same day and that the yellow pages ad also guaranteed that all technicians are sent out with all parts...no waiting for parts needed! Our technician, Mike R., was very knowledgeable and fixed our problem within 10-15 minutes of getting started and made sure that it was working properly before leaving. Found Precision Garage Door on yelp. Had almost all 5 stars with new owners since 4/14, so I called. They send a technician named Mike who was courteous and very experienced. He did a great job repairing our garage door. Works great now. Will use Precision again if I ever have an issue.

Really like the fact that the Precision Door technician calls ahead so I don't have to wait around wondering when he is going to come and then he shows up o time. Called Precision early on a Saturday morning and technician, Malek, was in touch with me in 10 minutes.Showed up when he said he would about 40 minutes later. He was respectful and knowlegeable.
