I was very pleased with the technician Phillip Nguyen. He was very informative about what he was doing and he showed me what to do to maintain the moving parts of the door and opener. To me it was a little pricey but never having anything done to the door prior to today I have nothing to compare it to. I would deffenently recomend this company to anyone.

Things always seem to break just when you think you are all caught up on bills!! ???????? A broken spring on my garage door left me unable to open the door & get my car out!! Luckily, that evening I found Precision while searching online & was able to chat with one of the customer reps & schedule an appt for the next morning!! Eric H. was our tech & he did a great job explaining what parts would need replacing (more than I expected, but definitely was needed) & I was able to apply some of the coupons available on the site!! Although this turned out to cost way more than anticipated, Eric gave me the confidence to know it was all worth it!! Oh & I do love the new opener & it's many features!! ????

The technician Mario was awesome, He is very professional and skilled in his profession. He did an excellent job with replacing the garage door opener, my husband and I is very pleased with the work performed. One of the downside and reflection on Mario,, is the companies pricing is very expensive.

Hi: I wrote a review on Yelp, because I couldn't figure out the URL for google. All is can say is, your service rep, Jerry made my day. I was so impressed with his expertise and it certainly amazed me. He, Jerry is a wizard. I lived for a month not able to get into my garage without first going into the house and opening the garage door from inside the garage. When it rained I got soaked. You guys are on my number 1 list for all and everything related to a garage door, programming remotes, etc. Please rate my hero Jerry 5 stars. He is amazing. I am so glad he took care of all my cars and remotes. Hang on to this man. I left a review on Yelp last night with kudos for Jerry and your business.

Jerry arrived 10 minutes early. He lubricated and adjusted my garage door in about 1/2 hour. Did a great job. Door slides quietly up and down. Besides that -he is funny! I recommend Precision Door and Jerry.

We called Precision about a problem with our garage door not closing at 3:30pm and they had someone at our house before 5pm the same day. Alex Kogan our technician was very responsible and professional in his assessment of the problem with our garage door. He took the time to explain to me what went wrong with the door and he was very careful to replace the springs (the problem with the door) with ones that would be appropriate for our heavy garage door. After the repair, Alex also made sure I understood what I need to do for maintenance on the door going forward to avoid the problem in the future. Great to have someone who cares so much about quality and a good customer experience. Thanks!!

Precision installed the original door and opener 20+ years ago. The teeth on the drive were finally worn down & the door wouldn't open. Had it replaced with a better unit - battery backup, control with an app, chain drive and much, much quieter. The tech was knowledgeable, explained all the options and pricing, had all the parts and completed the job including lubing our entire door. I highly recommend Precision.

Jerry ,I hope I have the name correct was AWESOME ! Great work ,very thorough ,replaced giant horizontal door springs ,lots of lubing hinges ,adjusting tracks and re -calibrating opener pressure etc. it has never sounded so silent !

Pat called and asked specifically what the problem was. After I explained there was a clicking noise and the door wouldn’t go up or down he said “sounds like a sensor issue” and asked that I check to make sure they were clear. I found a Tarp had fallen and was blocking one of the sensors. Moved the Tarp and it worked. I Highly Recommend Precision, Especially Pat.

I am extremely happy with my new garage door purchase from Precision Door Service. From the call to set up the appointment, to the new service consultant to installation, 100% professional service. It took me a few weeks to finally place my order as I wanted to get a few other quotes. I found that Precision was at least as lower than Home Depot and I was dealing with Professionals. I shouldn't have waited so long, Precision was the best price by far. When I finally placed my order, it took a few weeks to set up the install. The installer was scheduled for 10 am and called me at 9:15 that morning and arrived a few minutes early as promised. He got right to work and completely upgraded my garage door from a creaking scary monstrosity to a smooth running, digitally connected battery backed dream! Warning: once you get a new smooth garage door from Precision, you will have to clean your garage! It is now a place you want to hang out in and my only thoughts was WHY DID I WAIT! It does take a little time ( I was quoted 5 hour install and it took a few minutes less) BUT WORTH IT! Love this company, happy and satisfied with the results and am positive should anything go wrong, I will have them back out right away. VERY IMPRESSED.. Thanks TEAM Precision!

We chose Precision Garage Door for our garage door problems based on past experience with them several years ago. They also have multiple certifications and qualifications e.g. Diamond certified, BBB, Angie's List, and a ton of good reviews on Yelp! The technician gave us a telephone heads up as to his estimated time of arrival, was courteous, listened intently to our story, and went into a reasoned diagnostic mode, explaining what he was doing. The service we required this time was for a faulty sensor which had failed - but we thought it was the push button switch. The technician asked good questions after we described our problem, tested out the control and verified his suspicion that the electric "eye" sensors at the door were responsible. After agreeing to the estimate for installing new sensors, the technician, Mike, installed a new set of sensors, verified the system functioning properly and then had us test the operation to our satisfaction before asking for payment. From start to finish the tech took less time that I though it would.
