Paulino came right on time, was able to open the stuck door then repaired both of our doors in a few hours. He had to replace two garage door openers, belt rail, torsion spring, rollers, drums, end bearing plates, center bearing plates and remote. He worked very hard and was always pleasant even though it was hot in the garage. We would definitely call Precision again and would surely recommend them for garage door repairs.

Performed a High Lift conversion with new rails and motor. Moises was the installer. He also performed the inspection 6 weeks before the work was done. Both were very professional and of high quality. He was patient and thorough when answering all of my questions.

Jerry was amazing he called and gave me a time when he expected to be here just a 15 minute window. Checked out my old opener and found pretty much what was expected too old an not worth repairing. He put in a new opener very quickly and clearly explained the operation. He also checked out the other doors openers and tracks and made some minor adjustments and lubed them. I am extremely satisfied with his work and thoroughness. When my other opener fails I know just who to call.

The repairs to the garage door/Liftmaster were done by Phillip, he was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. The initial problem, broken spring, was fixed along with replacement of worn parts (rollers and end bearing plates). He gave us instructions for remote controls and regarding the loss of power and manual feature, which I tried and was pleased to know I will be able to do this. We had to wait till the evening for the service appointment, but it was worth it not to have to worry and I can get my car out of the garage now, Thank you and Phillip too.

Living in our home for almost 25 years, we have had many occasions to have repair work done on our garage doors and openers. Recently one of the two springs broke on our double door. We had no idea when they had been replaced, but we knew it was quite a while ago. One of the cables snapped as well. Since we have two springs we were pretty sure that both springs had to be replaced. After seeing numerous Precision Garage Door TV commercials, and checking them on line, we discovered that they answer all calls 24/7 with one of their own employees both of which are not a common practice in their industry. We called on Monday morning and we set up an appointment for Tuesday. We received an email confirming the appointment complete with the name of the assigned tech, Jonathan Castro, as well as his personal bio. The appointment was set for 8a-12a and as promised, I received a call from Jonathan letting us know he would be at the house in about 30 minutes. Jonathan arrived in 30 minutes as promised. We reviewed the damage and he went over a number of repair options which included replacing not only both springs and both cables, but a number of other parts that over the many years of use showed obvious signs of deterioration. We approved the option to replace all the parts recommended. The bottom line included an extended warranty as well as a "senior discount" Jonathan was professional and personable and displayed an extreme degree of knowledge about his product and industry. Many thanks to Jonathan and Precision Garage Door. We will certainly recommend them to our friends, family and neighbors.

Jerry is a great technician with tons of knowledge. He explained each and every part of the system as he was checking it and let me know the pros and cons of the different type of parts. Very impressed with Precision as I called on a Saturday around 3:30 p.m. and they schedule an appointment between 10-2 on Sunday. At 9:45 a.m. I received a phone call from the technician, Jonathan, letting me know he was en route and would be at my house around 10:15 a.m. At 10:15 a.m. he knocked on my door, within 2 minutes of him walking into my garage he had diagnosed the problem. My garage door was working again by 10:45 a.m. He was very professional, explained things, and went over and beyond by lubricating all parts. My garage door is so quiet, you cannot hear it open anymore as you could before. The repairs came with a three-year warranty. I would highly recommend this company and specifically Jonathan.

Very professional service. Travis did a thorough review of my very old and unusually large door. Significant issues were shown to me and fix options were clearly explained. Travis got right to work and replaced springs, bearings, and rollers so the door rolls easily and quietly. The opener was replaced. The bottom seal was replaced. All needed parts were on the truck. Everything was carefully adjusted and runs almost silently. All this done right away. I am confident that the door will function well for a long time. My door is now much safer! This company ripped me off by replacing a garage door vault lock which took him five minutes to do and then charged me over 343 dollars. The very same part at Home Depot is 12 bucks. Then he tried to sell me things I didn’t need like a complete new opener and door springs. I will never use this company again
