Everything and everyone was very professional. They send an email confirming appointment time and place right after we book the appointment, James our technician calls us ahead of time to let us know he is coming and shows up in the 2 hour window he said he would. He explains the work that needs to be done and the price and quickly gets our door working again. Highly recommend.

A spring broke on our garage door on a Saturday night. Sunday morning we discovered that we could not raise the door manually--both cars were trapped in the garage! James arrived that afternoon right on time. He was professional, very knowledgeable, personable, and hard-working. He replaced all our springs and the rollers and numerous other parts, and we now have a garage door that works smoothly and is under warranty for 7 years. We highly recommend the company and James.
