We had a bit of a crisis as we were planning a road trip and planned to leave at ~8am. When the garage door would not open, and could not be manually opened, I called Precision at ~7:30am. A great representative answered live, and given the circumstances scheduled someone for the same morning. The technician arrived at around 8:30, provided three different options, and was done with the repairs by 9:45. Great repair (very quiet now) and great customer service!!!

We had a broken spring on our garage door. Called for repair, but wound up having a new garage door opener, new wiring, cables, rollers, etc. installed per the technician's (Paulino) recommendation. Our old opener was 15 yrs. old & pretty tired. The technician arrived on time, called before he arrived, was fast, efficient, pleasant, and very knowledgeable. Our new opener is fabulous. It has way better LED lighting, and operates quietly and smoothly. Love it. Would use Precision Garage door again in a heartbeat. Also, when I called for repair, the scheduler was very pleasant and professional. She arranged the earliest possible appointment within a few hours of my call. Amazing and redeems my faith in humanity.

I wish there was more than 5 star that I can give it to your serviceman Brandon, He installed a new garage opener about 8 month ago in our house in San Jose, which suddenly stopped working and we needed a quick response to our problem. I called Precision Door Service and they assigned Brandon to our call who was very familiar with our garage door. He showed up on time and did a very professional work replacing our unit with a new one and all of his work was covered under warranty. Highly recommended. Same day service. No hassle, no BS, no crazy charge. One of the most seamless processes I ever ran into. If one ever had a garage door issue, they may feel that kind of urgency. So I called in the morning, tech stopped by in the afternoon. His name is James. To me he is the model employee that every company who wants to grow should hire. He took care of it as his own garage door and came up with the work proposal which is efficient from both cost and time's point of view. James finished the work and made it look easy like flipping a switch. Check out how many five stars they got on Google. Gonna be a reason. Either they are pretty lucky or they are really good. Will definitely come back and recommend to my friends.

The technician did a good job and fixed the current problem. However, a charge of over $400 for a one hour service call is excessive and I will not be using Precision Door Service again

The company lives up to its name. One guy installed both a new door and opener in a day, and he aligned the door perfectly. A few weeks later as the weather changed and the house shifted, the door would no longer open as it started hitting the opener. Another technician came out and quickly adjusted it, but then decided to reinstall the opener higher up to ensure the door never hits the opener. I love how they do the right thing for the long run even if it took a few hours under warranty.

I am a repeat user. I have used other companies but came back to Precision because of their professional approach as well as their very competent technicians. Terrible experience. First of all, I could barely understand 1/4 of what the tech was saying. Second, he tried to say that EVERYTHING was broken - the garage door opener, the sensors, the spring, the rollers on the actual door. Perhaps I needed a new door too. He asked if I had homeowner's insurance to cover it. Then he pressured me to buy a new opener to the tune of $1,000! I "needed" it and if I didn't do it now, I'd still have to pay the service call. I said I'd gladly pay the fee and find someone else thank you and I did. Nothing wrong but the opener. Replaced it and with installation for a total of $535.

Yesterman the top panel of my garage door broke off from the rest of the door leaving my garage exposed. I called Precision at 1PM on a Friday. Within 3 hours technician Paul Brinkman arrived. He was kind, competent, respectful and efficient. He not only fixed the garage door, but reccommended some upgrades which I really appreciated! He also taught me quite a bit about automatic garage doors. I highly reccommendPrecision!
