Called Precision because they did a great job before. I am very happy with Precision again coming same day like they nice woman on the phone said they would and having all the parts needed to fix my garage door right then. I can't think of a smoother, more thorough and agreeable company to work with. Tina runs a super office, booked me in the day after my call for service. The two men arrived on time and were super. One was a super pro and the other a super pro in training. I knew I was in good hands. They eliminated the little hic-cup, did a little tightening and lubing and our garage door in question was back to lifting and lowering with no hitches or knocks.

I really like this Precision Garage Door's service. I was originally referred to Precision by a friend and now I recommend them too. Their people on the phone and their technicians are nice and helpful. They always do quality work. There may be somebody cheaper but you get what you pay for and we are going to be using our garage door for a long time. So nice to know it will work well.

Highly recommend Precision Garage Door for anyone who wants a no surprises experience. They send a confirmation email of when your appointment is and who will be your technician (who you can see their picture and bio on the website), call ahead so you know when they are coming, sent this guy Paulino who is really experienced and was able to quickly diagnose and fix the problem. Then the owner follows up to see if your are satisfied. Great company!

Expensive. The repairman was on time and finished quickly, but my wallet hurts. I doubt that I'll use this service again.
