Paul Brinkman is the tech who came to my house at 7 pm and he was amazing. First, he called me at 5 pm to give me a heads up that he was doing another job and would not be at myhouse for at least another 2 hours. That was extremely helpful to be able to plan ahead. When he arrived, he showed me the issues with my garage door mechanisms and gave me price options. He was very professional, very knowledgeable, and he worked very hard on this job. I really appreciated that he came to my house so late at night because I really needed my door to be fixed, and would have been in a bind if we had to wait until the following day. This was a bait and switch scam. The claim their trip/service fees are low but then charged another $99 for a five minute programming fee for my elderly mother’s garage door opener. Will never recommend this company to anyone!!
