Found Precision Garage Door on yelp. Had almost all 5 stars with new owners since 4/14, so I called. They send a technician named Mike who was courteous and very experienced. He did a great job repairing our garage door. Works great now. Will use Precision again if I ever have an issue.

So I had never heard of Precision Garage Door but my contractor has used them many times and said they were the best. Wow, what a great company! The office called quickly to confirm the appointment. Ricky was a nice man and professional. He did quality work in a short amount of time at a good price. I will definitely use Precision Garage Door if we ever need service again.

Really like the fact that the Precision Door technician calls ahead so I don't have to wait around wondering when he is going to come and then he shows up o time. Called Precision early on a Saturday morning and technician, Malek, was in touch with me in 10 minutes.Showed up when he said he would about 40 minutes later. He was respectful and knowlegeable. I just had new rails and springs put in by Precision a little while ago. Mike was very professioanl and friendly however he could not waive the service fee. I called the office and they were very nice and waived the service fee since I was a repeat customer.

I scheduled an appointment with these guys and Brandon gave me a call even before he came out to give me some suggestions on what could be the problem. I thought that was a nice touch and something that most companies wouldn't bother to do. Also, it would've made me feel like an idiot if I paid the fee for someone to come wipe off the sensors. I ended up needing a little more work than something simple but it was all done quickly and for a fair price. Brandon was very knowledgeable and friendly. I would definitely recommend going with these guys.
