The service was great and it was fast. The door was stalling every time I opened it and it was getting quite frustrating. I called on a Saturday morning and they were actually able to get someone over that afternoon to not only look at it, but actually fixed the door while they were there by installing new springs and rollers. We found your company in the yellow pages. I checked out the websites of all other competitors and this company called my attention the most. I loved the fact that we were guaranteed an appointment the same day and that the yellow pages ad also guaranteed that all technicians are sent out with all parts...no waiting for parts needed! Our technician, Mike R., was very knowledgeable and fixed our problem within 10-15 minutes of getting started and made sure that it was working properly before leaving. Found Precision Garage Door on yelp. Had almost all 5 stars with new owners since 4/14, so I called. They send a technician named Mike who was courteous and very experienced. He did a great job repairing our garage door. Works great now. Will use Precision again if I ever have an issue.

So I had never heard of Precision Garage Door but my contractor has used them many times and said they were the best. Wow, what a great company! The office called quickly to confirm the appointment. I just had new rails and springs put in by Precision a little while ago. Mike was very professioanl and friendly however he could not waive the service fee. I called the office and they were very nice and waived the service fee since I was a repeat customer.

I scheduled an appointment with these guys and Brandon gave me a call even before he came out to give me some suggestions on what could be the problem. I thought that was a nice touch and something that most companies wouldn't bother to do. Also, it would've made me feel like an idiot if I paid the fee for someone to come wipe off the sensors. I ended up needing a little more work than something simple but it was all done quickly and for a fair price. Brandon was very knowledgeable and friendly. I would definitely recommend going with these guys.
