You sent out a man to repair my garage door opener. After examining it thoroughly, he couldn't figure out what the problem was. So I paid him for his time and he left. Now I'm out $49.95 and I don't know any more than I did before he came here. That sucks!

As a senior citizen I am wary of repair people so I was on my guard. Hector offered me 3 options to repair my garage. He did not pressure me at all. I took the best option because I don't like things to break and I want the repairs to last. He did the work and I gave him 5 stars.

Called Precision because liked all the information and local reviews on the website. Mike arrived precisely on time at 10am. He explained the repair that he recommended and why. He worked quickly, carefully and neatly in getting our garage door working again. Super company, great service.
