My garage door stopped working and I suspected the spring was broken, Jose arrived 90 minutes after my initial phone call (which was at 7.30AM) and provided exceptional service. My garage door spring broke and I needed to get it fixed right away. I chose Precision because they answered the phone right away (rather than having me leave a message) and they were able to send someone out the same day. The mechanic who replaced the spring, Joel, was very professional and friendly. He called when he was on his way and showed up in a nice truck. Even though I had an odd-sized door that was 20 years old, he had all the parts with him. The experience from start to finish told me that this is a well-run, customer oriented company. I can not comment on the price because I did not comparison shop, but it seemed reasonable.

Good job! He knew what’s the problem right away. It’s just the sensor which is blinking/flickering because the sensor is not positioned well. He also check everything before he left.

What can I say. They where on time, friendly, knew what they where doing. I felt for all the work they had to do the price was was good. Before work was started I was given three quotes. Before the young man left everything was cleaned up and he answered all our questions. Yes we would use them again.
