our garage door broke on a Saturday and needed to get it repaired before Monday. Called several places that wouldn't do any work during the weekend despite the fact they say 24/7. But Precision door responded and provided a timeslot the next day. the technician James called before arriving letting us know he was on his way. He was very knowledgeable. Saw the issue right away and told us the time it'd take to fix it. He was right on. He's also advised to change the rollers which we did. All in all the experience was great. didn't have to worry about technician not showing up or not having the needed parts,... Also James was very professional explaining everything in detail. We'd highly recommend the company and James in particular.

Over the years Precision has been out to my house three times. There must be some reasons why I keep calling them back. I have able to get an appointment as quickly as is reasonable. Customer service is very good. Knowledge about garage doors is also very good.
