Very, very pleased with the professionalism and knowledge of the technician, Cory. He serviced my garage door very quickly, and answered all of my questions (which were many) very professionally and clearly. I would highly recommend Precision garage door for any needed repairs or services. In fact, my neighbor inquired about the service and took a business card for future reference. The price was right, too!

As a retired carpenter I noticed the professionalism when I called. The dispatcher was very thorough. I told her the springs broke and we couldn't get the car out of the garage.She made an appt the next day. When Cory showed up we decided to replace the old wooden doors with new steel ones. Cory was very helpful in helping us choose the right ones for our house and he fine tuned everything before he left. You guys know how to run a business.

Very happy with the service and that my garage door is now fixed. However, I was very surprised by the cost of $399 for labor charges. Total cost was $773 with parts and he wasn’t here more than an hour and half. But the service was top notch. Doubt at that price I would recommend your company as everyone I’ve talked to says that was way to high. Sincerely, Donna

Doug came out the same day and was extremely professional and courteous. He concluded quickly that the door manufactured by "Overhead Door" company was not repairable with the hardware he carried without significant alteration to the design. Recommended either getting a new door or get the original hardware. You cannot dream of a better service these day and age. Highly recommend these guys!!!

Chad was awesome!!! I can't say enough good about him. He carefully explained everything to me about the failure of my old setup, gave me several options, then rebuilt my entire system quickly - in temperatures over 100 degrees. Called today to schedule a repair for a dysfunctional garage door opener. Within minutes had a time schedule, the name of the technician, price estimate, and very pleasant service. John, the technician, called to let us know when he would arrive. He arrived promptly with a great smile and professional demeanor. He "diagnosed" the issue, corrected the issue, tested and re-tested to validate the fix was good and explained the situation to my understanding. The garage door was installed by San Jose Garage Door (your company I believe)about 14 years ago. The mortoe had finally burned out. The tech said the door itself was still in great condition so jhe reoplacve the motor, rail, etc, and readjusted the door, after he was finished, two hrs. later the only evidence that he had been here was asuper quiet smooth running garage door. Great Job!!!

Found Precision in the yellow pages, didn't call anyone else. Dale Y. is a very knowledgeable tech, explained everything to us (plus he's a really nice guy). Would certainly recommend Precision to anyone.
