Very fast, efficient service, if a little expensive. I called on a Tuesday and the springs, cable, rollers, etc. were all replaced in short order on Wednesday. The technician arrived early in the appointment window and finished the job in under two hours. Also had a good experience talking to the customer service reps., who were all polite, helpful, spoke clearly, etc. Note the availability of a service fee coupon this web site (scroll down).

Can't thank Pat Pendergrass enough for the help, advice and professionalism of his work. Only a few days before Christmas we had myriad of issues going on at my elderly father's home. Fixing a garage door that wasn't opening was the least of my worries, but was an issue that quickly needed to be addressed. Pat gave me reasonable options on how he could go about fixing, ultimately deciding replacing the opener altogether was the best bang for my buck. Really appreciated his professionalism and follow through with me.

I was very satisfied with young man who came. He was very polite and new what he as doing. He saw the problem and gave a list of thing that need done and the cost. Had the door working just fine in two hours. New what he was doing and cleaned up after he finished repairing the door.

The work was done neatly and on time. The only problem I had was that the outside control pad used to open and close the door was not working properly. I called your customer service and they said that they would contact the person, Paul Brinkman, who did the installation. Since it was in the evening and Paul had been working all day, I expected that the work would be done the next day. I was surprised when he called and said that he'd be over as soon as he finished the last scheduled job for that evening. Now there's a worker who is dedicated to his work and and his customers. He arrived that evening and did the necessary adjustments and all was well. It is so great to have a company with workers who show much pride in their work.

We had a bit of a crisis as we were planning a road trip and planned to leave at ~8am. When the garage door would not open, and could not be manually opened, I called Precision at ~7:30am. A great representative answered live, and given the circumstances scheduled someone for the same morning. The technician arrived at around 8:30, provided three different options, and was done with the repairs by 9:45. Great repair (very quiet now) and great customer service!!!

We had a broken spring on our garage door. Called for repair, but wound up having a new garage door opener, new wiring, cables, rollers, etc. installed per the technician's (Paulino) recommendation. Our old opener was 15 yrs. old & pretty tired. The technician arrived on time, called before he arrived, was fast, efficient, pleasant, and very knowledgeable. Our new opener is fabulous. It has way better LED lighting, and operates quietly and smoothly. Love it. Would use Precision Garage door again in a heartbeat. Also, when I called for repair, the scheduler was very pleasant and professional. She arranged the earliest possible appointment within a few hours of my call. Amazing and redeems my faith in humanity.

Highly recommended. Same day service. No hassle, no BS, no crazy charge. One of the most seamless processes I ever ran into. If one ever had a garage door issue, they may feel that kind of urgency. So I called in the morning, tech stopped by in the afternoon. His name is James. To me he is the model employee that every company who wants to grow should hire. He took care of it as his own garage door and came up with the work proposal which is efficient from both cost and time's point of view. James finished the work and made it look easy like flipping a switch. Check out how many five stars they got on Google. Gonna be a reason. Either they are pretty lucky or they are really good. The technician did a good job and fixed the current problem. However, a charge of over $400 for a one hour service call is excessive and I will not be using Precision Door Service again

I am a repeat user. I have used other companies but came back to Precision because of their professional approach as well as their very competent technicians. They are timely in their arrival and treat the tenants with respect and dignity. (something that I have had a problem with with some other companies.)

Terrible experience. First of all, I could barely understand 1/4 of what the tech was saying. Second, he tried to say that EVERYTHING was broken - the garage door opener, the sensors, the spring, the rollers on the actual door. Perhaps I needed a new door too. He asked if I had homeowner's insurance to cover it. Then he pressured me to buy a new opener to the tune of $1,000! I "needed" it and if I didn't do it now, I'd still have to pay the service call. I said I'd gladly pay the fee and find someone else thank you and I did. Nothing wrong but the opener. Replaced it and with installation for a total of $535.
