I scheduled an appointment with these guys and Brandon gave me a call even before he came out to give me some suggestions on what could be the problem. I thought that was a nice touch and something that most companies wouldn't bother to do. Also, it would've made me feel like an idiot if I paid the fee for someone to come wipe off the sensors. I ended up needing a little more work than something simple but it was all done quickly and for a fair price. Brandon was very knowledgeable and friendly. I would definitely recommend going with these guys.

Your installer was here at my home, started to work, and then told me I had to replace both springs, I said I did not want to replace both just the one that was broken, he said he could not do it, I said the last guy that fixed my door about 4 to 5 years ago did, he said I will not do it, he said it was hazard. I told him what are you trying to do, nickel and dime me He got all huffy and said he did not like my attitude, and was going to leave. I told him that I called his company and they said they would fix my door, now fix it. He then told me that I need to replace a bushing, I looked at it and ask how much to replace, he told me and I said just put in the old one, it look good. He then said I will not guarantee the work, because I did not have him put in the bushing. He told me that I would get a 5 % discount because I am 80 years old. I am very active in business and look to live a long time and turn my business over to my two sons. I have owned a lot, yes a lot of Real Estate, and I will tell you that with the way this went about, I most likely will not call your company in the future I never received a written quote on the work to be done, the lady that that I spoke with on the the phone said it would be $175.oo to replace the broken spring. The bill was 430.oo I am not happy with what transpired. The gentleman who worked on my door, in my estimation, if he worked for me and spoke to one of customers, like he spoke to me, he would not be working for me very long. Your rating in my book is 2 One last question, does the workman make your company policy Your rating in my book is about a (2 ) two

Never used Precision before but found them on Angie's List. Called because they guaranteed that someone would answer my call 24/7 (they did on 2nd ring) and could do same day service anywhere in the bay area. Well, they did what they promised. Brandon shows up at my house on time after calling to tell me when to expect him and was a model for customer service.
